The effect of cultural structuring on the cultural response of social capital among the faculty members of Payame Noor

هدف اصلي تحقيق شناخت تاثيرساختاربندي­ هاي فرهنگي بركنش فرهنگي(سرمايه اجتماعي) مي­باشد. روش تحقيق از نظر هدف بنيادي و كاربردي بوده و براي رسيدن به اهداف تحقيق از روش تحقيق تركيبي استفاده شده است، درروش تحقيق كيفي با استفاده از بررسي منابع ، اسناد و مصاحبه به شاخص ­سازي مفاهيم پرداخته شده و با تدوين پرسشنامه با استفاده چارچوب نظري باروش كمي: معادلات ساختاري فرضيه ها بررسي شده است.جامعه آماري كليه اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه پيام نور­با حجم نمونه 351 نفربراساس جدول مورگان و نحوه نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي با تحت پوشش قرار دادن تمام قوميت ­ها مي باشد، داده‌هابا نرم‌افزار Spss و Amos وبا استفاده از آزمون مدل‌يابي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است.براساس يافته­ هاي تحقيق دربررسي ساختاربندي فرهنگ اسلامي سه عامل : اعتقادات، منابع اسلامي و نظام شخصيتي را مي توان عامل تقويت سرمايه اجتماعي مطرح نمود و با نظريه هاي فوكاياما و زتومگا مرتبط دانست. دربررسي ساختاربندي فرهنگ غربي چهار عامل: اعتقادات، منابع غربي، نظام شخصيتي و نظام اجتماعي را مي توان عامل تاثير گذاربر سرمايه اجتماعي مطرح نمود و با نظريه_هاي كلمن وبيكر مرتبط دانست. دربررسي ساختاربندي فرهنگ ايراني، سه عامل: نظام اجتماعي، هنجارهاي ايراني و نظام شخصيتي متاثر از منابع ايراني را مي توان عامل تقويت سرمايه اجتماعي مطرح نمود و آن­را با نظريه هاي بورديو و پانتم مرتبط دانست.دربررسي ساختاربندي فرهنگ محلي، سه عامل : نظام اجتماعي، هنجارهاي محلي و نظام شخصيتي متاثر از منابع محلي را مي توان عامل تقويت سرمايه اجتماعي مطرح نمود و آنرا با نظريه­ هاي لين و باس مرتبط دانست.

The main purpose of this study is to identify the impact of cultural structuring on cultural response (social capital) of faculty members of Payame Noor University. The research method is fundamental and applied in terms of purpose and to achieve the research objectives, the combined research method has been used. In the qualitative research method, sources and documents and interviews are used to index the concepts and by compiling a questionnaire by quantitative method: structural equations of hypotheses. The statistical population is all faculty members of Payame Noor University with a sample size of 351 people based on Morgan table and cluster sampling method covering all ethnicities. Data were analyzed by Spss and Amos software using modeling test. Is. Based on the research findings: In structuring Islamic culture, resources are effective in promoting collective activities based on beliefs in the degree of action and in structuring local culture, local norms are effective and in general the personality system created in cultural structuring is influenced by belief in capital. The social system has also had an impact on the structures of Western, local and Iranian culture. Linguistically, in Persian, social capital has been influenced by local, Islamic, Iranian and Western influences, in Turkish, Lori and Mazani under the influence of Islamic action. Western influence has been formed in Arabic under the influence of Islamic, Western and local influences and in Turkmen language under the influence of Western, local and Islamic actions.
