زمينه وهدف: اسلام از زمان پيامبر(صلي‌الله) تاكنون حوادث پرفرازونشيبي را به سبب ايجاد امنيت، طي نموده است؛ براي حفظ اين آرامش و امنيتِ داخلي نيازمند به يك مجموعة امين، مقتدر و منظم بوده كه اين مهم در اوايل تشكيل حكومت اسلامي به‌صورت خودجوش و به‌دوراز منافع مالي بود كه هم‌زمان با گسترش سرحدات و همچنين باتوجه به جنگ‌هاي متعدد از غنائم جنگي بهره مي‌جستند ولي هنوز نظم و قاعدة خاصي را دنبال نمي‌كردند. نظم خاصي كه به‌صورت نوشتن اسامي داوطلبان شروع شد از زمان اميرالمؤمنين علي(عليه‌السلام) بانام (شرطه‌الخميس) سپاهي ويژه از افراد تحت فرمان مولا علي(عليه‌السلام) بودند كه براي نخستين‌بار در اسلام و به هنگام حضورشان در عراق شكل گرفت. آنان باتوجه به تعهد و جايگاه خود، هماره در خدمت امام بودند و در جنگ‌ها نيز نقش پيش‌قراولان لشكر را داشتند. روش تحقيق: روش توصيفي با بهره‌گيري از منابع اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي بوده و تلاش گرديده به سؤال‌هايي نظير مفهوم امنيت در اسلام، نقش سازمان‌هاي امنيتي در تأمين نظم و امنيت جوامع اسلامي پرداخته شود. يافته و نتيجه‌گيري: سازمان‌هايي كه برقرار كنندة امنيت در جامعه هستند و كاركنان آن خود را سرباز اسلام مي‌شمارند بايد ساختارشان مطابق و در راستاي ارز‌ش‌هاي ديني باشد و هرچه مي‌گذرد با تخصصي شدن اين سازمان‌ها و تعدد جرائم نبايد از اصل و شالودة سپاهي كه در زمان امام علي(عليه‌السلام) بوده فاصله بگيرند؛ پس مي‌بايست باتوجه به سابقة 1400 سالة پشت‌سر، ايجاد حس مسئوليت‌پذيري در كاركنان و بهره‌گيري از رهنمودهاي داهيانة مقام معظم رهبري(دام‌ظله‌العالي) بيش از گذشته از دشمنان اسلام و ساير كشورها پيشي بگيريم.

Findings and Conclusions: Organizations that establish security in society and its employees consider themselves soldiers of Islam should be structured in accordance with religious values ​​and whatever happens with the specialization of these organizations and the number of crimes should not be the basis of the army in the time of Imam. Ali was to distance themselves; Therefore, given the 1400-year history of the past, creating a sense of responsibility in the staff and taking advantage of the wise instructions of the Supreme Leader, we must surpass the enemies of Islam and other countries more than before
