The Role of the Governments of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Leader in the Relationship between the Government and the People

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي نقش دولت­هاي جمهوري اسلامي ايران و رهبر در رابطه دولت و مردم مي­باشد. روش پژوهش توصيفي بوده كه با استفاده از شيوه فيش­ برداري و پس از بررسي و مطالعه منابع، مطالب مورد نياز تلخيص يا رونوشت برداري گرديد. روش تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات به صورت كيفي مي­باشد. بررسي­ ها نشان داد كه هرگاه دولت‌ها هماهنگ و منسجم با فرهنگ و گفتمان تاريخي مردم بودند، يك انسجام دولت- ملت هم اتفاق افتاد. به نظر مي‌رسد تقويت پيوند نظام و مردم جز از طريق برنامه‌ريزي و عمل به ‌هنگام و مضاعف مسئولان، به رسميت شناختن مطالبات به حق مردم و مواجهه شفاف و صادقانه با خواسته‌هاي مردم و بيان صريح كمبودها امكان‌پذير نيست. همچنين رهبري با تأثيري كه در اتخاذ سياست­هاي كلي نظام دارد مي­تواند بر اتخاذ سياست­هايي كه در راستاي منافع مردم بوده، در راستاي همگرايي مردم و مسئولين نقش مهمي را ايفا نمايد.

In the last three decades, governments with different policies with different approaches to major issues of the country caused short-term effects on the economy and politics. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of governments and leaders in the relationship between government and people. The method of this research is analytical-descriptive, which using the filing method after reviewing and studying the relevant sources. The method is qualitative information analysis. Studies have shown that whenever governments are in harmony with the culture and historical discourse of the people, a cohesive nation-state is possible. Strengthening the link between the system and the people and preventing the activation of various cultural, political, and religious gaps in the country through planning and acting promptly, recognizing the demands of the people, and clearly and honestly addressing the demands of the people and explicitly expressing shortcomings and shortcomings
