تحليل كنش‌هاي رفتاري حزب جمهوري‌خواه خلق تركيه در قبال جمهوري اسلامي ايران

Analysis of the Behavioral Actions of the Republican People's Party of Turkey towards the Islamic Republic of Iran

تشكيل جمهوري تركيه بعد از فروپاشي امپراتوري عثماني و پيدايش احزاب سياسي علي‌رغم فضاي تك‌حزبي در سال‌هال نخست جمهوري تركيه فضايي از رقابت دموكراتيك را بين احزاب اين كشور به وجود آورد. حزب جمهوري‌خواه خلق كه نخستين حزب سياسي تركيه محسوب مي‌شود، در حال حاضر بزرگ‌ترين اپوزيسيون حزب حاكم است. هدف مقاله حاضر تبيين مواضع حزب جمهوري‌خواه خلق در قبال جمهوري اسلامي ايران است. بر اين اساس پرسش اصلي اين پژوهش عبارت است از اينكه انگاره‌هاي هويتي حزب جمهوري‌خواه خلق چه نقشي در مواضع اين حزب در قبال جمهوري اسلامي ايران دارد؟ نگارنده در فرضيه مقاله بر اين باور است كه رويكردهاي هويتي حزب جمهوري خواه خلق بر مواضع اين حزب تاثيرگذار است. اين مقاله با روش توصيفي - تحليلي و با بهره‌گيري از اسناد كتابخانه‌اي نقش انگاره‌هاي هويتي را در مواضع حزب جمهوري‌خواه خلق مورد بررسي قرار مي-دهد. اين پژوهش از لحاظ هدف كاربردي محسوب مي‌شود. يافته‌هاي مقاله نشان مي‌دهد كنش‌هاي رفتاري حزب جمهوري‌خواه خلق در قبال جمهوري اسلامي ايران مبتني بر اتخاذ سياست‌هاي همكاري‌ جويانه است.

The formation of the Republic of Turkey after the collapse of the Ottoman Empire and the emergence of political parties in spite of the one-party atmosphere in the first year of the Turkish Republic created an atmosphere of democratic competition between the parties. The Republican People's Party, the first political party in Turkey, is currently the largest opposition in the ruling party. The purpose of this article is to explain the position of the Republican People's Party towards the Islamic Republic of Iran. Accordingly, the main question of this research is: what role do the Republican People's Party's identity ideas play in its position towards the Islamic Republic of Iran? The author of the article hypothesizes that the Republican People's Party's identity approaches influence the party's positions. This article analyzes the role of identity paradigms in the positions of the Republican People's Party by using descriptive-analytical methods and using library documents. This research is of practical purpose. The findings of the article show that the behavior of the Republican People's Party towards the Islamic Republic of Iran is based on cooperative policies.
