بررسي رابطه ابعاد سرمايه اجتماعي و رضايتمندي شغلي در بين دانشجويان

Investigating the Relationship between Social Capital Dimensions and Job Satisfaction among Students

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي رابطه ابعاد سرمايه اجتماعي و رضايتمندي شغلي دانشجويان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تهران غرب انجام شده است. روش اين تحقيق پيمايشي و تكنيك جمع آوري داده ها پرسشنامه بوده است. پايايي پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از روش آلفاي كرونباخ تاييد گرديده است جامعه آماري كليه دانشجويان شاغل دانشكده علوم انساني واحد مي باشد كه كل تعداد جامعه آماري در اين تحقيق حدود 16000 نفر و نمونه آماري 386 نفر مي باشد، با شيوه نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انجام شده است. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان داد: 55/6 نمونه مورد مطالعه ميزان رضايت شغلي خود را كامل و 51 درصد از سطح سرمايه اجتماعي درون گروهي برخودارند و همچنين 30 درصد از سطح سراميه اجتماعي برون گروهي بر خوردارند . و 35/8 درصد از پاسخگويان از شغل خود رضايت متوسطي دارند و تنها 8/6 درصد ميزان رضايتشان كم است. بررسي رابطه متغيرها در اين مطالعه نشان داد بين متعيرهاي احساس امنيت شغلي، اعتماد درون گروهي و برون گروهي ، مشاركت رسمي و غير رسمي و همبستگي اجتماعي با رضايت شغلي رايطه وجود دارد.

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between social capital dimensions and job satisfaction of students of Islamic Azad University, West Tehran Branch. The method of this research is survey and the data collection technique is questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaires is confirmed using Cronbach's alpha method. The statistical population is all students studying in the faculty of Humanities. The total number of statistical population in this study is about 230000 and the statistical sample is 383 people chosen by a simple random sampling. The findings show that 9953 of the studied sample have full job satisfaction and 925 of the level of social capital within the group and also 305 of the level of social capital outside the group and 39585 of the respondents have moderate satisfaction with their job and only 8535 have a low level of satisfaction. The study of the relationship between variables in this study show that there is a significant relationship between the variables of job security, intra-group and extra-group trust, formal and informal participation and social correlation with job satisfaction.
