The effects of population ageing on health care expenditure in Iran

مقدمه يكي از عوامل تاثير گذار بر هزينه هاي سلامت پيري جمعيت است، رشد فزاينده هزينه هاي سلامت در بيشتر كشورهاي جهان و پيامد هاي آن باعث شده است كه بسياري از پژوهش ها در دهه ي گذشته به بررسي عوامل موثر بر هزينه هاي سلامت بپردازند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي تاثير پيري جمعيت بر هزينه هاي بخش سلامت در ايران مي باشد. روش بررسي اين مطالعه از نوع مطالعه تحليلي در حيطه كاربردي اقتصاد است كه با استفاده از داده هاي سري زماني سال هاي 1395-1352 به بررسي تاثير پيري جمعيت، رشد اقتصادي و شهرنشيني بر هزينه هاي بخش سلامت در ايران پرداخته است، به اين منظور از روشBayesian-VAR استفاده شده است. داده هاي آماري از سايت هاي اينترنتي به خصوص سايت بانك مركزي، مركز آمار و بانك جهاني تهيه شده است و تحليل داده ها به كمك نرم افزار Eviews انجام شده است. يافته ها يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد 0/1 تغييرات هزينه هاي بخش سلامت ناشي از تغييرات جمعيت سالمند مي-باشد با توجه به اين كه در مدل برآورد شده ضريب پيري جمعيت 2/03 مي باشد لذا با افزايش يك درصدي جمعيت سالمند، هزينه هاي سلامت بيش از 2% افزايش خواهد يافت، همچنين شهرنشيني به واسطه بهتر بودن شرايط بهداشتي و رفاهي در شهرها و رشد اقتصادي به واسطه افزايش سطح رفاه اقتصادي و افزايش بهداشت عمومي موجب كاهش هزينه هاي بخش سلامت مي شود. نتيجه گيري نتايج تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه با افزايش سالمندي هزينه هاي بخش سلامت نيز افزايش پيدا مي-كند؛ لذا، سيايت گذاران و برنامه ريزان بايد زير ساخت هاي لازم را براي پديده سالمندي جمعيت انجام دهند تا از تاثيرات آن تا حد امكان كاسته شود.

introduction : one of the factors influencing the health cost of the population , the increasing growth of health costs in most countries and the outcome has led many research to investigate effective factors on health costs in the last decade . the aim of this study is investigating the impact of aging population on health sector costs in iran . the study methodology : this study of the kind of analytic study in the realm of economic sciences has been used to study the effect of aging population , economic growth and urbanization on health sector costs in iran , in order to use Bayesian - VAR method . statistical data from internet sites , especially the central bank , data center and the world bank have been prepared and data analysis has been done by Eviews software . the findings indicated that 1 / 0 changes in health care costs caused by population changes can increase over 2 % with an increase of one percent of the elderly population , as well as the growth of health and welfare conditions in cities and economic growth by increasing the level of economic welfare and increasing public health will reduce the cost of health . the results : the results of the research show that by increasing the level of health expenditure , both investors and planners must do the required infrastructure for the aging population to reduce its effects to the extent possible .
