ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪﻑ تحليل وتبيين جامعه­ شناختي تاثير استفاده از فضاي مجازي(تلگرام واينستاگرام) بر گرايش به مديريت بدن انجام شده است. چهارچوب نظري اين پژوهش با توجه به نظريات مك لوهان،هابرماس،گيدنز، بورديو،مك كامبز وشاو،گافمن،فدرستون،وبلن مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. براي سنجش اعتبار سوالات پرسشنامه از اعتبار صوري(توافق متخصصان) و براي سنجش پايايي از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شدكه پايايي آن نيز با 0/80 مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. گردآوري داده ها از طريق پرسشنامه­ محقق ساخته صورت گرفت و اطلاعات لازم از طريق مصاحبه با نمونه آماري مورد تحقيق بدست آمد. نمونۀ آماري شامل 360 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر دبيرستاني بودند كه درشهرشهريار مشغول تحصيلند. براي انتخاب نمونه­ ها نيز در اين تحقيق از روش نمونه ­گيري خوشه ­ايي دو مرحله ايي وتصادفي ساده استفاده شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد بين ميزان استفاده از شبكه هاي اجتماعي وگرايش به مديريت بدن وشاخص هاي آن رابطه معناداري وجود دارد.

The present study was conducted with the aim of sociological analysis and explanation of the effect of using cyberspace (Telegram and Instagram) on the tendency to manage the body. The theoretical framework of this research was examined according to the theories of McLuhan, Habermas, Giddens, Bourdieu, McCombs and Shaw, Goffman, Federstone, and Veblen. In this research, the effect of cyberspace on the tendency to manage the body has been investigated. Formal validity (experts' agreement) was used to assess the validity of the questionnaire questions and Cronbach's alpha test was used to assess the reliability, the reliability of which was also confirmed with 2882. After reviewing and studying various topics and perspectives on the effect of cyberspace use on body management tendencies regarding the relationships between variables, 1 different hypotheses were proposed and tested. Data were collected through a questionnaire designed by the researcher and the necessary information was obtained through interviews with the statistical population. Our statistical sample in this study included 512 female high school students who were studying in Shahriar. In order to select the samples, in this research, two-stage cluster sampling and simple random sampling method has been used. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the use of social networks and the tendency to manage the body and its indicators.
