چكيده فارسي :
هدف
هدف اصلي اين مطالعه امكان سنجي توسعه سرمايه گذاري خارجي شركت ها و نهادهاي تحت پوشش سازمان تامين اجتماعي با عنايت به شاخص هاي كسب و كار و گرايشات كلان بازارهاي خارجي است.
روش
روش تحقيق به صورت تحليلي و توصيفي بوده و ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات ثبتي، كتابخانه اي و منابع نهادها و سازمان هاي بين المللي است. براي اين منظور ابتدا وضعيت سرمايه گذاري مستقيم خارجي در سطح جهاني بر اساس آخرين آمار و اطلاعات كنفرانس سازمان ملل روي تجارت و توسعه (آنكتاد)[1] به تفكيك جريان ورودي و خروجي، در راستاي تحليل تاريخي بازارهاي جذاب سرمايه گذاري مستقيم خارجي و مبادي عرضه كننده اصلي آن در سطح بين المللي مورد بحث و بررسي قرار گرفت. در ادامه كشورهاي حوزه مطالعه انتخاب و به صورت قاره اي طبقه بندي گرديد. با بررسي روندهاي گذشته، مشخصه هاي سرمايه گذاري و تعاملات خارجي اقتصاد كشورهاي حوزه مطالعه بر اساس شاخص هاي كسب و كار كشورهاي مورد نظر اولويت بندي شد.
يافته ها
در نهايت با بررسي بخش هاي مزيت دار و مناسب سرمايه گذاري در هر كدام از اين كشورها، ماتريس سرمايه گذاري خارجي به تفكيك كشور و رشته فعاليت براي شركت ها و نهادهاي تحت پوشش سازمان تامين اجتماعي كه محصول نهايي اين مطالعه بوده، استخراج گرديد.
نتيجه گيري
بر اساس اين ماتريس چندين كشور و رشته فعاليت به عنوان اولويت هاي اول سرمايه گذاري براي شركت ها معرفي شدند. براي مثال در قاره آسيا كشورهاي تركيه، چين و عمان و رشته فعاليت هاي ارتباطات، حمل و نقل، خدمات مالي و بيمه اي و گردشگري داراي بيشترين اولويت براي سرمايه گذاري معرفي شدند.

Goal: Feasibility of the foreign investment development of covered companiesand institutions of Social Security Organization with regarding business indicators and great tendencies of foreign markets is the main purpose of this article.
Method:The research method is analytical and descriptive and it is a tool forcollecting registers, libraries and resources of institutions and international organizations. For this purpose, first, status of foreign direct investment in world based on the last statistics and UN conference information about trade and development (UNCTAD) on inflow and outflow, in line with historical analysis of attractive markets of foreign direct investment and basses of the main suppliers, were investigated internationally. Subsequently, studied countries were selected and categorized continental, were prioritized by reviewing past processes of investment indicators and foreign interaction of studied countries economy and also business indicators of mentioned countries.
Findings: Finally, by investigating the advantageous and suitable sections forinvesting in each every one of these countries, foreign investment matrix of every single country and activity fields of covered companies and institutions of Social Security Organization which was the final product of this study, were extracted. Conclusion: According to this matrix, several countries and activity field as top priority of investing for companies were introduced. For example in Asia Turkey, China and Oman and communication activities field, transportation, financial and insurance services and tourism were identified as the top priorities for investing.
