بروز پاندمي كرونا (covid-19) در اوايل سال 2020 ميلادي، ضرورت توسعه راهبردهاي بشر محور در بحران‌ها را بديهي‌تر نموده است. استانداردهاي جهاني كار، الگوهاي مدون از رويكرد بشر محور جهت تحقق عدالت اجتماعي مي‌باشند. نظام بين‌المللي كار در اين برهه با چالش جدي‌تر كار شايسته و آينده كار مواجه گرديده است. در شرايط كنوني، استانداردهايي همچون اشتغال، بهداشت، ايمني و حمايت كارگران به ويژه در گروه‌هاي خاص كاري مهاجرين، زنان، كودكان و ديگر گروه‌هاي آسيب‌پذير اهميت بسياري يافته است. تاب‌آوري در بحران از سويي مستلزم شناخت و پياده‌سازي فرصت‌هاي تحقق استانداردهاي جهاني كار است و از ديگر سوي رفع خلأها و چالش‌هاي اجراي آنها را ضروري ساخته است. اين نوشتار با رويكرد توصيفي_تحليلي به واكاوي آثار بحران كرونا بر استانداردهاي جهاني حوزه كار و اشتغال پرداخته و نتيجه مي‌گيرد پاندمي كرونا، مصداق نوظهور بحران و چالش‌هاي آينده كار مي‌باشد كه چون اشتغال را به نحو غير قابل پيشبيني دگرگون نموده است، نظام جهاني را ناگزير به اتخاذ خط مشي مي‌نمايد. رويكردهايي چون ترسيم نقشه نوين مشاغل آينده، استانداردسازي و بازبيني هنجارهاي موجود كار جهاني همچون تحول ترتيبات كاري (دوركاري) و حمايت از كارگران و بنگاه‌هاي اقتصادي، راهبرد اساسي تاب‌آوري در بحران كنوني خواهد بود.

This paper uses a descriptive-analytical approach to analyze the effects on the corona crisis on the global standards in the field of Labour and Employment and concludes that Corona pandemic is an emerging example of the crisis and future challenges of work that, because it has transformed employment in on unpredictable way, forces the word system to adopt a policy. approaches such as plotting future jobs, standardizing and reviewing global labour norms, including work arrangement (Telework), and supporting workers and workplaces will be a key resilience strategy in the current crisis.
