Designing an optimal social responsibility model of the Iranian Ports Organization with a sustainable development approach

هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحي و تبيين الگوي بهينه مسئوليت اجتماعي سازمان بنادر ايران با رويكرد توسعه پايدار بوده است. تحقيق حاضر از لحاظ هدف، از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي و از نظر نوع روش، روش تحقيق آميخته محسوب مي گردد. روش تحليل داده‌ها در بخش كيفي پژوهش با توجّه به اهداف و سؤال‌هاي پژوهش از روش نظريّه پردازي داده بنياد استفاده شده است. روش گردآوري داده­ها در بخش كيفي اغلب مصاحبه مي ­باشد. جامعه آماري در مرحله كيفي، شامل خبرگان دانشگاهي و مديراني كه داراي تحصيلات عالي و با مسئوليت اجتماعي آشنايي كامل دارند، بوده است و تعداد ده نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. نمونه‌گيري تا زماني ادامه پيدا مي‌كند كه فرايند اكتشاف به نقطه اشباع نظري برسد. جامعه آماري پژوهش در مرحله كمي، شامل كليه كاركنان سازمان بنادر و دريانوردي بوده است. تعداد 166 نفر به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي بر اساس رده سازماني از بين كليه كاركنان انتخاب گرديد. براي گردآوري داده­ ها در بخش كمي از پرسش­نامه محقق ساخته با 72 گويه استفاده و جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده­ها از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي بر اساس روش حداقل مربعات جزئي و نرم افزار SMART PLS استفاده شد. انجام كدگذاري هاي سه گانه باز، محوري و انتخابي، منجر به شكل گيري 150 كد مفهوم انتزاعي و 22 مقوله كلي شد. بر اساس نتايج بدست آمده از مدل نهايي، عوامل مداخله گر تاثير منفي و معناداري بر راهبردها دارد؛ در حالي كه تاثير شرايط علي بر راهبردها مثبت و معني‌دار بوده است. همچنين شرايط زمينه اي اثر مثبت و معناداري بر راهبردها دارد و همچنين راهبردها نيز اثر مثبت و معناداري بر پيامدها دارد.

The purpose of this study was to design and explain the optimal social responsibility model of the Iranian Ports Organization with a sustainable development approach. The present study is applied research in terms of purpose and a mixed research method in terms of method. Data analysis method in the qualitative part of the research, according to the goals and questions of the research, the data theorizing method of the foundation has been used. The method of data collection in the qualitative part is often interview. The statistical population in the qualitative stage included academic experts and managers with higher education and full familiarity with social responsibility, and ten people were selected as a sample. Sampling continues until the exploration process reaches a theoretical saturation point. The statistical population of the research in a quantitative stage, included all employees of the Ports and Maritime Organization. 166 people were selected from all employees by stratified random sampling based on organizational category. To collect data in a small part, a researcher-made questionnaire with 72 items was used and to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics based on partial least squares method and SMART PLS software were used. Open, axial and selective triple coding led to the formation of 150 abstract concept codes and 22 general categories. Based on the results obtained from the final model, intervening factors have a negative and significant effect on strategies; While the effect of causal conditions on strategies has been positive and significant. Also, background conditions have a positive and significant effect on strategies and also strategies have a positive and significant effect on outcomes.
