هدف: پژوهش حاضر براي بررسي رابطه ي سرمايه ي اجتماعي با اضطراب و افسردگي پرستاران مي باشد. روش: توصيفي- همبستگي است. جامعه پرستاران علوم پزشكي زاهدان مي باشند. نمونه 290 نفر به روش در دسترس تصادفي انتخاب شد و پرسشنامه ي سرمايه ي اجتماعي گوشال، اضطراب بك و افسردگي بك توسط آزمودني ها تكميل شد. براي تجزيه وتحليل داده ها از آزمون همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون گام به گام استفاده شد. يافته ها: نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه بين سرمايه ي اجتماعي با اضطراب و افسردگي رابطي معكوس و معناداري (0/01

Aim: This study was to investigate the relationship between
social capital and nurses' anxiety and depression.
Method: Descriptive-correlation. Zahedan Medical Nurses
Society. A sample of 290 people was randomly selected and
the subject completed the Gusal Social Capital Questionnaire,
Beck Anxiety and Beck Depression Inventory. Pearson
correlation test and stepwise regression were used to analyze
the data.Results: The results showed that there is an inverse
and significant relationship between social capital and anxiety
and depression (p <0.01). Also, stepwise regression analysis
showed that cooperation, commitment and relationships (-
0.38, -0.21 and -0.13), respectively, were the most negative
predictors for anxiety and cooperation alone (-0.22) is a
negative contributor to depression.Conclusion: According to
the research findings, it seems logical that hospital managers
have taken the necessary measures and facilities to increase
the level of social capital of nurses and training programs to
establish more trust and confidence, intimacy, participation.
Provide nurses with a commitment, a relationship of mutual
respect, and a fulfillment of individual and societal values.
