The Impact of Neoliberalism on the Political Thought of John Rawls

فلسفه سياسي به عدالت، آزادي و برابري توجه خاصي نشان داده به گونه ­اي كه اين سه ارزش به عنوان مثلث سياسي محسوب مي­شوند به عبارت ديگر اين سه ارزش به گونه ­هاي مختلفي شالوده و بنيان فلسفه سياسي را تشكيل مي­دهد. در اواخر سده بيستم بار ديگر عدالت، محور انديشه سياسي متفكران غرب حتي مدافعان ليبراليسم همچون جان رالز قرار گرفت. سوال و هدف اصلي اين پژوهش اين است كه انديشه سياسي جان رالز با توجه به تحولات اقتصادي اواخر سده بيستم از جمله دولت­هاي نئوليبرال از چه ماهيتي برخوردار است. به عبارت ديگر دگرديسي در كاركرد و ساختار دولت­ها در جهان غرب چه تاثيراتي بر آراي سياسي جان رالز در ابعاد مختلف حقوق شهروندي، عرصه خصوصي، تعامل دولت و شهروندان، ارتباط بين آزادي و عدالت و....گذاشته است. به طور كلي مي­توان گفت كه جان رالز با ارائه مفهومي نويني از عدالت، ساختار نويني از ليبراليسم مبتني بر عدالت اخلاقي و مسئوليت­گرا را ارائه كرده است.

Political philosophy has paid attention to justice, freedom and equality, so these values have formed a political triangle. In other words, these values form the foundation of political philosophy in different ways. At the end of the twentieth century, justice once again became the focus of political thought of Western thinkers, even defenders of liberalism such as John Rawls. The main question of the research is: what is the nature of John Rawls' political thought considering the economic developments of the late twentieth century, including neoliberal governments In other words, what effects have the transformation in the function and structure of governments in the Western world had on the political views of John Rawls in various dimensions of civil rights, the private sphere, the interaction of government and citizens, the relationship between freedom and justice? In general, John Rawls has introduced a new structure of liberalism based on moral justice and responsibility by presenting a new concept of justice.
