Assessing the educational needs of the labor market in relation to graduates of disciplines in technical and vocational education in Qom province

هدف از اين مطالعه ارزيابي نيازهاي آموزشي بازار كار نسبت به فارغ التحصيلان رشته هاي داير در آموزش فني و حرفه اي استان قم بوده است. روش: اين تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش تلفيقي از روش هاي كيفي و كمي بوده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كليه كارشناسان و معاونين سازمان فني و حرفه اي قم بوده اند كه حجم آن 30 نفر تعيين شده است. جهت تعيين حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان تعداد 28 نفربه عنوان نمونه با روش نمونه گيري دردسترس انتخاب شده اند. به منظور ارزيابي روايي پرسشنامه توسط روايي ظاهري، محتوا (روش لاوشه) سنجش گرديده است. جهت تعيين پايايي سوالات پرسشنامه به صورت جداگانه از روش آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شده است. پژوهش حاضر در سه مرحله انجام شده است: در مرحله اول از روش كيفي از نوع تحليل محتوا .در مرحله دوم از تكنيك دلفي استفاده شده است. درمرحله سوم با استفاده از تكنيك تجزيه و تحليل سلسله مراتبي (AHP) موانع شناسايي شده مورد اولويت بندي قرار گيرند. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها: در اين پژوهش جهت محاسبه ميانگين و انحراف‌ معيار از طريق نرم‌افزار‌ SPSS نسخه 23 انجام شده است و از نرم افزار اكسل براي رتبه‌بندي عوامل استفاده گرديده است. يافته ها: نشان داده است كه رتبه بندي نيازهاي آموزشي بازار كار نسبت به فارغ التحصيلان رشته هاي داير در آموزش فني و حرفه اي استان قم به ترتيب: هم راستايي آموزش ها، معيارهاي ويژگي هاي زمينه اي ،راهبردها و معيار شرايط محيطي بوده است.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the educational needs of the labor market in relation to graduates of technical and vocational education in Qom province. Method: This research has been applied in terms of purpose and a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The statistical population of this study was all experts and deputies of Qom Technical and Professional Organization, the volume of which is 30 people. To determine the sample size based on Morgan table, 28 people were selected as the sample by available sampling method. In order to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire by the apparent validity, the content (Lavache method) was assessed. Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire questions separately. The present research has been done in three stages: in the first stage, a qualitative method of content analysis. In the second stage, the Delphi technique has been used. In the third stage, prioritize the identified barriers using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique. In this study, data analysis was performed to calculate the mean and standard deviation through SPSS software version 23 and Excel software was used to rank the factors. Findings have shown that the ranking of educational needs of the labor market in relation to graduates of technical and vocational education in Qom province, respectively: the alignment of education, criteria of underlying characteristics, strategies and criteria of environmental conditions.
