تبيين نقش اخلاق حرفه اي بر عملكرد مديران مدارس در توانمند سازي معلمان با رويكرد PLS

Explain the Role of Professional Ethics on the Performance of School Principals in Empowering Teachers with PLS Approach

از آنجا كه معلمان سرمايه هاي اجتماعي نظام آموزشي در هر كشوري محسوب مي شوند. از اين رو توانمندسازي آنان زمينه شكوفايي نسل آتي كشور را تضمين مي نمايد. اين پژوهش با هدف تبيين نقش اخلاق حرفه اي بر عملكرد مديران مدارس در توانمندسازي معلمان انجام يافته است. روش پژوهش حاضر توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري شامل كليه مديران مدارس مروج سلامت استان آذربايجان شرقي در سال تحصيلي 1397-1398 مي باشد. نمونه تحقيق بر اساس جدول مورگان و كرجسي 291 نفر تعيين و با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي نسبي بر اساس ناحيه و منطقه آموزش و پرورش و مقطع تحصيلي انتخاب شده است. براي اندازه‌گيري متغير‌هاي تحقيق از پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه‌اي مديران (بهاگير، 1390)، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته عملكرد مديران مدارس بوده است. روايي محتوايي پرسشنامه‌ها توسط متخصصان تاييد و پايايي آن‌ها به روش آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب براي پرسشنامه عملكرد مديران مدارس 0/966، براي پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه‌اي مديران 0/911 برآورد شده است. نتايج حاصل از مدل معادلات ساختاري با نرم افزار pls3 نشان داد، عملكرد مديران در توانمند سازي معلمان بر اساس اخلاق حرفه‌اي آنان قابل پيش بيني است (0/01>P). با توجه به نقش اخلاق حرفه‌اي در ارتقاء عملكرد مديران در توانمند سازي معلمان مي‌توان گفت ارتقاء اخلاق حرفه‌اي مديران در توانمندسازي معلمان مدارس نقش مؤثري داشته است.

Because social capital teachers are the educational system in any country. Therefore, their empowerment guarantees the prosperity of the next generation of the country. This study was conducted to explain the role of professional ethics on the performance of school principals in empowering teachers with PLS approach. The present study was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population includes all principals of health promoting schools in East Azerbaijan province in the academic year 2018-2019. The research sample was determined based on Morgan and Kerejsi table of 291 people and was selected based on random relative stratified sampling method based on education district and region and educational level. To measure research variables, the professional ethics questionnaire of principals (Bahagir, 2011) is a researcher-made questionnaire of school principals. The content validity of the questionnaires was estimated by the experts and their reliability was estimated by Cronbach's alpha method for the school principals' performance questionnaire of 0.966, respectively, and for the professional ethics questionnaire of 0.911 principals. The results of the structural equation model with pls3 software showed that the performance of principals in empowering teachers based on their professional ethics is predictable (P <0.01). Given the role of professional ethics in improving the performance of principals in empowering teachers, it can be said that promoting the professional ethics of principals has an effective role in empowering school teachers.
