The Role of Chabahar Port in the Foreign Policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran

امروزه نقش بنادر به عنوان همه گيرترين راه ترانزيت تجاري از اهميت شاياني در مناسبات سياست خارجي كشورها در جهان سياست برخوردار شده است و كشور ايران نيز از اين مهم مستثني نيست. بر اين اساس اين پژوهش با هدف ارزيابي و تحليل ظرفيت­ها و تاثير بندر چابهار در اتخاذ رويكردهاي سياسي ايران در منطقه و نظام بين ­الملل انجام شده است ضمن اينكه فرصت­ها و چالش­هاي پيش­رو را از منظر ژئوپليتيك انتقادي تبيين مي­نمايد. روش اين تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي بوده و روش گردآوري اطلاعات كتابخانه ­اي و با تاكيد و استناد به گزارش­ها و اسناد سياسي و تجاري مي­باشد. داده­هاي اين پژوهش حاكي از آن است يكي از اساسي ­ترين معيارهاي مناسبات سياسي منطقه ­اي و بين ­المللي كشور ايران در خصوص كشورهايي چون پاكستان، هند، چين و افغانستان بر اساس سياست­ هاي توسعه ­اي بندر چابهار تبيين مي ­گردد.

Today, the role of ports as the most pervasive route of trade transit is of great importance in the foreign policy relations of countries in the world of politics, and Iran is no exception. Accordingly, this study was conducted with the aim of evaluating and analyzing the capacities and impact of Chabahar port in adopting Iran's political approaches in the region and the international system It also explains the opportunities and challenges ahead from a critical geopolitical perspective. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical and the method of collecting library information is by emphasizing and citing political and commercial reports and documents. The findings of this study indicate that one of the most basic criteria of regional and international political relations of Iran regarding countries such as Pakistan, India, China and Afghanistan is explained based on the development policies of Chabahar port.
