ﺯﻣﻴﻨﻪ: ﺑﻬﺴﺎﺯﻱ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﺠﻮ، ﺭﻭﺷﻲ ﺍﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻳﮏ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﺠﻮ ﺭﺷﺪ ﻭ ﭘﻴﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﻣﻲﮐﻨﺪ ﻭ ﻳﺎ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﻴﺖ ﻫﺎﻱ ﺭﺷﺪ ﻭ ﺗﮑﺎﻣﻞ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺭﺍ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮﺍﻥ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﺛﺒﺖ ﻧﺎﻡ ﺩﺭ ﻳﮏ ﻣﺆﺳﺴﻪ ﺁﻣﻮﺯﺵ ﻋﺎﻟﻲ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﻳﺶ ﻣﻲﺩﻫﺪ.ﻫﺪﻑ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺍﺭﺍﺋﻪ ﻣﺪﻟﻲ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﻬﺴﺎﺯﻱ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﺠﻮ ﺩﺭ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩ ﺁﺯﺍﺩ ﺍﺳﻼﻣﻲ- ﻭﺍﺣﺪ ﺳﻨﻨﺪﺝ ﺑﻮﺩ.
ﺭﻭﺵ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ: ﺍﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺍﺯﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪﻑ ﮐﺎﺭﺑﺮﺩﻱ ﻭ ﺭﻭﺵ ﺍﺟﺮﺍﻱ ﺍﻳﻦ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ ﺩﺭ ﺍﺑﺘﺪﺍ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﺍﺯ ﺭﻭﺵ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ ﮐﻴﻔﻲ ﻭ ﺑُﻌﺪ ﮐﻤﻲ ﻳﺎ ﺭﻭﺵ ﺁﻣﻴﺨﺘﻪ ﻭ ﺍﺯﻧﻈﺮ ﻧﺤﻮﻩ ﺍﺟﺮﺍ »ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ- ﭘﻴﻤﺎﻳﺸﻲ« ﺑﻮﺩ. ﺩﺭ ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻴﻔﻲ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮﺭﺩﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﻧﻈﺮﺍﻥ ﺩﺭ ﺯﻣﻴﻨﻪ ﺑﻬﺴﺎﺯﻱ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﺠﻮ ﺑﺎ ﺭﻭﺵ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﻴﺮﻱ ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ ﻭ ﺗﺎ ﺭﺳﻴﺪﻥ ﺑﻪ ﺍﺷﺒﺎﻉ ﻧﻈﺮﻱ )14( ﻧﻔﺮ ﻭ ﺩﺭ ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﻲ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮﺭﺩﻧﻈﺮ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ، ﮐﻠﻴﻪ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎﻥ ﺳﺎﻝ ﺁﺧﺮ ﻣﻘﺎﻃﻊ ﮐﺎﺭﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ، ﮐﺎﺭﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ ﺍﺭﺷﺪ ﻭ ﺩﮐﺘﺮﻱ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﻲ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩ ﺁﺯﺍﺩ ﺍﺳﻼﻣﻲ- ﻭﺍﺣﺪ ﺳﻨﻨﺪﺝ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪﺍﺩ 1500 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺩﺭ ﻧﻴﻤﺴﺎﻝ ﺍﻭﻝ ﺳﺎﻝ ﺗﺤﺼﻴﻠﻲ 97-98 ﺑﻮﺩ.
ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺁﺯﻣﻮﻥ ﻧﺸﺎﻥ ﺩﺍﺩ ﺍﺯ ﺩﻳﺪﮔﺎﻩ ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﺩﻫﻨﺪﮔﺎﻥ، ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺍﺑﻌﺎﺩ ﺁﻣﻮﺯﺷﻲ، ﻓﺮﺩﻱ، ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ، ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺸﻲ، ﺍﻳﺠﺎﺩ ﺍﺷﺘﻐﺎﻝ ﭘﺎﻳﺪﺍﺭ ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﺧﻮﺩ ﻭ ﺩﻳﮕﺮﺍﻥ ﺩﺭ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩ ﺁﺯﺍﺩ ﺍﺳﻼﻣﻲ- ﻭﺍﺣﺪ ﺳﻨﻨﺪﺝ ﺩﺭ ﺣﺪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻤﺖ ﺿﻌﻴﻒ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻭ ﺗﻔﺎﻭﺕ ﺁﻣﺎﺭﻱ ﻣﻌﻨﺎﺩﺍﺭﻱ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻭﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﻣﻮﺟﻮﺩ ﺑﺎ ﻭﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺏ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ.
ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴﺮﻱ: ﺍﻳﻦ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺍﺭﺍﺋﻪ ﭘﻴﺸﻨﻬﺎﺩﻫﺎﻱ ﮐﺎﺭﺑﺮﺩﻱ ﭘﺮﺩﺍﺧﺘﻪ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻭ ﺩﺭﺟﻪ ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻣﺪﻝ ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﻲ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻓﻠﺴﻔﻪ، ﺍﻫﺪﺍﻑ، ﻣﺒﺎﻧﻲ ﻧﻈﺮﻱ، ﺍﺑﻌﺎﺩ ﻭ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎ، ﺳﺎﺯﻭﮐﺎﺭ ﺍﺟﺮﺍﻳﻲ، ﻓﺮﺁﻳﻨﺪ ﺍﺟﺮﺍﻳﻲ، ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺑﺎﺯﺧﻮﺭﺩ ﻭ ﺍﺭﺯﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺩﺭ ﺳﻄﺢ 95٪ ﺍﻃﻤﻴﻨﺎﻥ ﻣﻮﺭﺩ ﺗﺄﻳﻴﺪ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
In terms of applied purpose and method of this research, this research was initially using qualitative research method and quantitative dimension or mixed method and in terms of implementation method was "descriptive-survey". In the qualitative part of the study population, experts in the field of student improvement by purposeful sampling method until the theoretical saturation (14) people and in the quantitative part of the study population, all final year undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students of Islamic Azad University - Sanandaj unit had 1500 people in the first semester of the 98-97 academic year.
findings:
The test results showed that from the respondents' point of view, attention to educational, personal, social, research dimensions, creating sustainable employment for themselves and others in Islamic Azad University - Sanandaj Branch is moderate to weak and there is a statistically significant difference between the current situation and the situation. There is desirable.
This research has provided practical suggestions and the degree of appropriateness of the conceptual model was confirmed according to the philosophy, objectives, theoretical foundations, dimensions and components, executive mechanism, executive process, feedback system and evaluation at the level of 95% confidence.
