Investigation of Biomechanical and Anthropometric Variables of Football Players According to Their Playing Position: Review Article

فعاليت‌هاي ورزش فوتبال ممكن است به طور مستقيم در ارتباط با پست بازيكنان در زمين باشد. بر همين اساس، فوتباليست‌ها ويژگي‌هاي فيزيكي مشخص خود را بر پايه خواسته‌ها در پست‌هاي فردي توسعه مي‌دهند. هدف از اين پژوهش، بررسي متغيرهاي بيومكانيكي و آنتروپومتري بازيكنان فوتبال با توجه به پست بازي است. روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات مروري است. از موتورهاي جست‌وجوي Google Scholar،‌PubMed و Science Direct براي جست‌وجوي مقالات در ارتباط با كلمات كليدي مورد نظر استفاده شد. همه مقالات از سال 1378 تا 1399 مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. يافته ها: با توجه به مقالات مورد بررسي، مشخص شد كه متغيرهاي بيومكانيكي و آنتروپومتريكي در بازيكنان فوتبال با توجه به پست بازي متفاوت است. نتيجه گيري: به نظر مي‌رسد كه متغيرهاي بيومكانيكي و آنتروپومتريكي مي‌توانند تأثير مستقيم بر عملكرد بازيكنان در هنگام بازي داشته باشد. بر همين اساس، توجه ويژه به اين متغيرها در زمينه استعداديابي و انتخاب بازيكنان فوتبال در پست‌هاي مختلف قابل تأمل است.

Football activities may be directly related to the playing position of the players on the field; so, football players develop their specific physical characteristics based on the demands of individual positions. This study aimed to investigate the biomechanical and anthropometric variables of football players according to the playing position. Methods This review study reviewed Google Scholar, PubMed and Science Direct search engines for articles related to the keywords from 1996 to 2020. Results According to the reviewed articles, it was found that biomechanical and anthropometric variables in football players are different according to the playing position. Conclusion It seems that biomechanical and anthropometric variables can have a direct impact on the performance of players during the game, so special attention to these variables in the field of talent identification and selection of football players in different playing positions should be considered.
