مديريت بحران جريان نفاق توسط پيامبر اكرم(ص) از ديدگاه قرآن كريم

Crisis Management of the Dissension Process by Holy Prophet from Holy Quran’s Viewpoint

مديريت بحران به عنوان موضوعي بين رشته ­اي در حوزه­ هاي مختلف مديريت سياسي، اجتماعي از اهميت ويژه­اي برخوردار است. بنابراين رويكرد قرآن كريم به اين موضوع، قابل توجه است. مطالعه آيات مدني نشان مي ­دهد كه پيامبر اكرم(ص) در دوران حكومت مدينه، با بحران‌هاي گوناگوني مواجه بوده است. يكي از پيچيده­ ترين اين بحران‌ها، اقدامات مخرب جريان نفاق در برابر پيامبر(ص) است. با توجه به جايگاه خاص پيامبر(ص) در دريافت وحي، واكنش‌هاي ايشان در برابر منافقان مي­ تواند به عنوان الگويي مطمئن براي مديريت بحران در جهان اسلام و جامعه بشري مورد بهره ­برداري قرار گيرد. مديريت پيامبر(ص) در بحران­ هاي ايجاد شده توسط منافقان را مي­ توان در سه مرحله كلي شامل مديريت قبل از بحران، حين بحران و بعد از بحران ارزيابي كرد. اين پژوهش بر آن است تا بر اساس مطالعه ادبيات موضوع و با رويكرد توصيفي-تحليلي، مهم‌ترين بخش‌هاي اين مديريت كه شامل بيان روش‌ها و اقدامات تنش­زاي منافقان و واكنش­هاي متناسب قرآن همراه با اعلام سياست‌ها و تدابير پيامبر(ص) است را بررسي نمايد. راهبردهاي شش‌گانه به دست آمده در پژوهش حاضر، از دستاوردهاي اين نوشتار است.

Crisis management is of particular importance as an interdisciplinary topic in various areas of political and social management. Therefore, the approach of the Holy Quran to this issue is remarkable. The study of Medina verses shows that the Holy Prophet faced various crises during the rule of Medina. One of the most complex of these crises is the destructive actions of the current of dissension against the Prophet. Given the special place of the Prophet in receiving revelation, his reactions to the hypocrites can be used as a reliable model for managing the crisis in the Islamic world and human society. The management of the Prophet in crises caused by dissension can be evaluated in three general stages, including pre-crisis, during-crisis and post-crisis management. This research intends to study the subject literature and with a descriptive-analytical approach, the most important parts of this management, which include expressing the methods and actions of the dissension and the appropriate reactions of the Qur'an along with announcing the policies and measures of the Prophet Check. The six strategies obtained in the present study are among the achievements of this paper.
