Identification and Analysis of Structural Pathology of Iran’s soccer premier league coaches

هدف از اين تحقيق شناسايي و تحليل آسيب‌هاي ساختاري مربيان ليگ برتر فوتبال ايران بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقيقات توصيفي- پيمايشي است كه به شيوۀ كيفي و كمي ( آميخته) انجام گرفته است. براي دستيابي به اهداف پژوهش ابتدا با روش كيفي (دلفي) گزاره‌هاي مرتبط با آسيب‌هاي ساختاري فوتبال ايران استخراج و سپس در بخش كمي با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساختۀ مدل معادلات ساختاري آسيب‌هاي ساختاري مربيان ليگ برتر فوتبال ايران آزمون شد. جامعۀ آماري پژوهش در بخش كيفي از ميان مربيان باسابقۀ خبرۀ فوتبال ايران، پيشكسوتان و متخصصان حوزۀ مديريت ورزشي آشنا با مفاهيم فوتبال به تعداد 26 نفر بودند. مربيان ليگ برتر فوتبال ايران به تعداد 220 نفر نمونۀ نهايي تحقيق در بخش كمي نيز بود. براي تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها در بخش كمي از آمار توصيفي و از آمار استنباطي در سطح معناداري 0/05 استفاده شد. يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاكي از استخراج آسيب‌هاي ساختاري در شش بخش كميتۀ آموزش، مديريت فدراسيون فوتبال، باشگاه‌ها، هيأت فوتبال، سازمان ليگ و در نهايت اتحاديه‌ها و كانون‌هاي مرتبط با مربيان بود. به‌طور كلي شفافيت وظايف و تكاليف، ارزيابي عملكرد مربيان، برنامه‌ريزي در جهت جذب، حفظ و ارتقاي مربيان و مسائلي ديگر از جمله آسيب‌هايي است كه عملكرد مربيان را به‌طور مستقيم تحت تأثير قرار مي‌دهد، كه بايد هرچه سريع‌تر مديران و مسئولان باشگاه‌ها در جهت جلوگيري و برون‌رفت از اين مشكلات، گام‌هاي اساسي بردارند.

The aim of this research was to Identify and analyze of structural pathologies of Iran’s soccer premier league coaches. Current research was the descriptive kind of survey which has been conducted in quantitative and qualitative method. To obtain the goals of the research at first, with the use of qualitative approach, the comments relevant to structural pathologies of Iran’s soccer were extracted and then in quantitative section, structural equations model of Iran’s soccer premier league coaches’ were tested through the use of the researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative section included some coaches among Iran’s experienced expert ones, deans and specialists in sports management area familiar with soccer concepts (N=26). The number of 220 Iran’s soccer premier league coaches was the final sample of the research in part of quantitative survey. In order to analyze the data in quantitative section, descriptive statistics along with inferential statistics in the meaningful level of 0.05 was used. The findings in this research indicated the extraction of structural pathologies in six parts of the training committee, soccer federation management, clubs, soccer association, the league organization and at last unions and centers related to the coaches On the whole, the transparency of obligations and responsibilities, evaluating the function of coaches, scheduling to absorb, maintaining and promoting the coaches and other issues include pathologies which affect coaches’ activities directly that managers and people in charge of clubs should take fundamental steps towards preventing problems and removing them soon.
