اصول راهبردي اخلاق حرفه‌اي مديريت در حكومت علوي با تحليل محتواي نامه‌هاي امام علي عليه السلام به معاويه

Strategic principles of professional ethics of management in the Alawite government by analyzing the content of Imam Ali (PBU) letters to Mu'awiyah

توجه به جايگاه امام علي به عنوان حاكم اسلامي و جايگاه اخلاقي ايشان به عنوان امامِ تربيت يافته در دامان پيامبر، بررسي جايگاه اخلاق در حكومت علوي را تقويت مي‌نمايد. تحليل محتوا روشي است كه اين اثر به كار بسته و نامه‌هاي امام علي× به معاويه را به منظور استخراج اصول راهبردي اخلاق حرفه‌اي در مديريت علوي، مورد تحليل قرار داده است. اصول پاسخگويي، هوشمندي، يقين كامل، ضابطه‌مندي، مصلحت‌سنجي و شخصيت پايدار از اين گزاره‌ها استخراج گرديده است. حجم غالب گزاره‌هاي اخلاقي، ناظر به كاربست اصول راهبردي پاسخگويي و هوشمندي است كه هر كدام با فراواني 25% بيشترين بسامد را داشته‌اند. آمار بالاي گزاره‌هاي اخلاقي اين نامه‌ها، گوياي محوريت اخلاق در حكومت علوي و مواجهه ايشان با مخالفان است. همچنين، برآيند تحليل كيفي گزاره‌هاي اخلاقي، ارائه تصويري از يك حكومت، ضابطه‌مند، پيش‌بيني‌پذير و اخلاق‌محور است كه حتي در مواجهه با معاويه، از اصول اخلاقي و مديريتي خويش تخطي نمي‌كند.

Paying attention to the position of Imam Ali as an Islamic ruler as well as his moral position as a trained Imam by Prophet reinforces the study of the position of morality in the Alawite government. The method of the study is content analysis. In order to extract the strategic principles of professional ethics in Alawite management the letters of Imam Ali (AS) to Mu'awiyah has been analyzed. Some of the statements derived from the letters are: the principles of accountability, intelligence, complete certainty, discipline, expediency, and enduring personality. The domination of ethical statements indicates the application of strategic principles of accountability and intelligence, with the frequency of 25% for each of them. The high number of moral statements of these letters shows the centrality of morality in the Alawite government and its confrontation with the opponents. Also, the result of qualitative analysis of moral statements illustrates a picture of a government that is disciplined, predictable, and morally oriented, which, even in confrontation with Mu'awiyah, does not violate its moral and managerial principles.
