Validation of the model of establishing lean management in education from the point of view of experts

مديريت ناب رويكرد نوين جهت بهبود عملكرد سازمان ها مي باشد، مديريت ناب با حداقل سازي هزينه ها حركت به سوي بهره وري و تعالي سازماني را فراهم مي كند. از رويكرد مديريت ناب در سازمان هاي توليدي براي بهره وري و تعالي سازماني بهره بسيار گرفته شده است ولي متاسفانه در حوزه سازمان هاي خدماتي به ويژه سازمان هاي آموزشي در ايران تحقيقات اندكي انجام شده است. در اين مقاله مدل پيشنهادي استقرار مديريت ناب متناسب با آموزش و پرورش كه از هفت مولفه : مديريت و رهبري، ساختار، منابع انساني، ارتباطات، تكنولوژي، فرايند و فرهنگ سازماني تشكيل گرديده است مورد اعتبارسنجي از نظر متخصصان قرار مي گيرد. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر شيوه اجرا از نوع پيمايشي است و همچنين از نظر نوع و شيوه گردآوري و تحليل داده ها در زمره پژوهش هاي كمي مي باشد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را متخصصان و خبرگان حوزه مديريت آموزش به تعداد 20 نفر مي باشد كه با روش نمونه گيري هدفمند و گلوله برفي انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با آلفاي كرونباخ 0.75 بود. نتايج نشان داد مدل استقرار مديريت ناب در آموزش و پرورش اعتبار مناسبي دارد.

Lean management is a new approach to improve the performance of organizations, lean management provides a move towards organizational productivity and excellence by minimizing costs. The approach of lean management in production organizations has been widely used for productivity and organizational excellence, but unfortunately in the field of service organizations, especially educational organizations in Iran, little research has been done. In this article, the proposed model of establishing lean management appropriate to education, which consists of seven components: management and leadership, structure, human resources, communication, technology, process and organizational culture, is validated by experts. This research is applied in terms of purpose and survey type in terms of implementation method and also in terms of type and method of data collection and analysis is among the quantitative researches. The statistical population of this study is 20 specialists and experts in the field of education management who were selected by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection tools included a researcher-made questionnaire with Cranach's alpha of 0.75. The results showed that the model of establishing lean management in education has a good validity.
