بررسي راهبرد برون‌سپاري عمليات تهيه‌زمين براي كشت نيشكر (مطالعه‌ موردي: شركت‌هاي كشت و صنعت دعبل خزاعي و اميركبير)

Investigation the Effect of Outsourcing Strategy on the Land Preparation Operation in the Product Cultivation Sugarcane (Case study: Amirkabir Agro-industry and Debal Khazaei Agro-industry companies)

نيشكر از گياهان صنعتي مهم در استان خوزستان است. با افزايش هزينه ­هاي خريد، نگهداري و تعمير ماشين­ هاي كشاورزي، شركت‌هاي كشت و صنعت نيشكر طي چند سال اخير راهبرد برون­ سپاري را در بخش ­هاي مختلف به ­خصوص در بخش عمليات كشاورزي، در پيش گرفته ­اند. با توجه به اهميت سه شاخص، به‌موقع انجام شدن عمليات كشاورزي، كيفيت و هزينه، اين شاخص ­ها در انجام كار توسط پيمانكار و شركت در عمليات تهيه‌زمين شركت­ هاي كشت و صنعت نيشكر امير كبير و دعبل خزاعي مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. اولويت­بندي شاخص ­هاي مدنظر با توجه به نظر كارشناسان كشت و صنعت، نشان داد كه مهم­ترين شاخص براي انجام عمليات تهيه زمين، كيفيت انجام عمليات است. جهت بررسي كيفيت عمليات تهيه زمين، شاخص برگردان خاك، قطر متوسط كلوخه و خردشدگي، همواري سطح شخم، عرض و عمق جوي و پشته اندازه ­گيري شد. جهت بررسي زمان انجام عمليات، تقويم زراعي با روزهاي واقعي انجام عمليات مقايسه گرديد. بررسي هزينه­ ها نيز، با جمع‌آوري اطلاعات هزينه ­اي از شركت­ هاي مورد مطالعه انجام شد. در نهايت، شاخص ­هاي مورد آزمون (در مزارع برون­ سپاري شده و مزارع برون­ سپاري نشده) به روش آزمون t براي نمونه­ هاي مستقل مقايسه شد. با توجه به نتايج بين هزينه و زمان انجام عمليات پيمانكار و شركت تفاوت معناداري وجود ندارد اما در شاخص كيفيت عمليات كه مهم‌ترين شاخص براي شركت­ هاي توليد نيشكر است، كار پيمانكار بر كار شركت برتري دارد. بنابراين انجام عمليات به ­صورت برون­ سپاري به سود شركت ­هاي كشت و صنعت مورد مطالعه، است.

Sugarcane is one of the most important industrial plants in Khuzestan province. With the rising costs of purchasing, maintaining, agricultural machinery, sugarcane agribusinesses have been adopting outsourcing strategies in various sectors, especially in agricultural operations, over the last few years. Considering the importance of three criteria: cost, timely performance and quality in agricultural operations, these three criteria were evaluated in the work of contractor and company labor force in preparation in Amirkabir and Debal Khazaei agribusinesses. To investigate costs, cost information was obtained from the companies studied. The quality of operations was evaluated by field data collection and measurement of qualitative indices. Also, to check the timing of operations, the agricultural operations calendar was compared with actual days of work. Finally, the indices tested (in outsourced and non-outsourced farms) were compared using t-test for independent samples. The most important criterion for land acquisition operations in the agribusiness companies studied is the quality of operations. The results of the comparisons also showed that there is no significant difference between the cost and time of the contractor and corporate force operations but in terms of quality, which is the most important criterion for agribusinesses, contractor workforce outweighs corporate workforce. Therefore, outsourcing operations are for the benefit of the studied companies.
