The Impact of Coronavirus on Cooperatives Performance in Bushehr Province

عصر كنوني سراسر بحران و حوادث غيرمترقبه است؛ يكي از اين بحران‌ها شيوع و پاندمي ويروس كرونا بوده كه بر عملكرد همه همه سازمان‌ها تأثير گذاشته و در بسياري مواقع موجوديت سازمان‌ها را به‌سوي نابودي كشانده است. شركت‌هاي تعاوني استان بوشهر نيز از اين قائده مستثني نبوده و با فراگيري ويروس كرونا دچار مشكلاتي شده‌اند. از اين‌رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي تأثير فراگيري ويروس كرونا بر كسب و كارهاي تعاوني استان بوشهر مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر را خبرگان اداره كل تعاون، كار و رفاه استان بوشهر تشكيل مي‌دهند. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي است. پژوهش در دو مرحله صورت پذيرفت؛ بدين‌صورت كه در مرحله اول با استفاده از منابع علمي و بررسي مباني نظري مرتبط شاخص‌هاي مؤثر بر عملكرد تعاوني‌ها استخراج گرديده و پس از آن با تشكيل گروه كانوني و نظرخواهي از صاحب‌نظران شاخص‌هاي نهايي به‌وسيله روش فازي انتخاب شدند. در مرحله دوم، با بكارگيري تكنيك تحليل سلسله‌مراتبي ابعاد و شاخص‌هاي مؤثر بر عملكرد شركت‌هاي تعاوني استان بوشهر وزن‌دهي و رتبه‌بندي شدند. يافته‌هاي پژوهش در مرحله اول نشان داد كه از شاخص شناسايي شده بررسي مباني نظري 26 شاخص وزن و اهميت بالاتري براي ورود به مرحله دوم پژوهش دارند. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه از چهار منظر عملكرد سازماني؛ منظر مشتري با امتياز وزني 336/0 در شرايط شيوع ويروس كرونا در رتبه اول قرار داشته و پس از آن منظرهاي مالي، فرآيندهاي داخلي و رشد و يادگيري قرار دارند.

The present era is full of crises and unforeseen events; One of these crises is the outbreak and pandemic of the Corona Virus, which has affected the performance of all organizations and in many cases has led to the destruction of organization’s existence. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Corona Virus pandemic on cooperative businesses in Bushehr province. The statistical population of the present study consists of the experts from the General Department of Cooperatives, Labor and Welfare of Bushehr Province. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey type. The research was conducted in two stages; Thus, in the first stage, using scientific sources and reviewing the relevant theoretical foundations, indicators affecting the performance of cooperatives were extracted, and then by forming a focus group and consulting experts, the final indicators were selected by fuzzy method. In the second stage, using the AHP technique, the dimensions and indicators affecting the performance of cooperatives in Bushehr province were weighted and ranked. Findings of the research in the first stage indicated that from the identified indicators of the review of theoretical foundations, 26 indices have higher weight and importance for entering the second stage of research. The research results revealed that from four perspectives of organizational performance; The customer perspective ranks first with a weight score of 0.336 in the context of the Corona Virus outbreak, followed by financial perspectives, internal processes, and growth and learning.
