Something in this in the tourism industry is of the most important things

knowledge and skills to the focus on collective knowledge, through
social relationships and networks.
The same collective action or participation is presented as a
multifaceted interactive process, which will lead to the intervention and supervision of the people and the socio-political ability of the system to
achieve development, along with social justice. research methodology

neighborhood of Isfahan and its effects on citizens' social participation.

and field surveys. From the modified Cochran formula, 206 households
living in the neighborhood were selected as sample size and completion
of the questionnaire, and four samples were added to increase
confidence. Therefore, the sample size of this research is 210 heads of
households living in the neighborhood. A simple random method was
used to select the respondents. Then, for better analysis, operationalize
the dependent variables (creative tourism) and independent (social
participation of citizens), and develop a questionnaire in the dimensions
and areas related to the subject was discussed. Observation and
interviews were used to collect information through a questionnaire.
Experts and the elite community confirmed the validity of the
questionnaire, and the level of reliability was obtained using Cronbach's
alpha of 0/805, which indicates its reliability and durability. Data were
analyzed quantitatively using statistical tests and structural equations. Discussion and findings
The statistical tests showed that the index of risk-taking, social capital,
and leadership and management is favorable in terms of creative
tourism development. In the neighborhood, the participation of the
people of the community in social, cultural, economic, and political
affairs is acceptable. The unity and empathy between the people in
different situations are high, which has made the citizens welcome the
tourists to the Dardasht neighborhood.
Conclusion and Recommendations
Creative tourism is a new form of cultural tourism and allows visitors
and tourists to develop their creative abilities through active
participation in local workshops and educational programs. Instead of
watching the indigenous people's handicrafts, the tourists participate in workshops to produce such products. In this way, while cultivating their
creativity and skills, they can connect with the indigenous culture. The
results showed that the indicators of risk-taking and social participation
have "weak" values. Also, the indicators of initiative and innovation,
flexibility and acceptance, and social capital have "moderate" values,
and the "leadership and management" indicators Have "strong" values
to determine the predictive power of the model for endogenous latent
variables. Therefore, according to the research results, the following
suggestions are presented: 1) Considering that social capital has a great
role in increasing citizen participation, it is suggested that appropriate
social contexts be created to support programs to strengthen social
capital among the people of the neighborhood. 2) Due to the risk-taking
of the citizens of the Dardasht neighborhood, it is suggested that
modern technologies such as Using various media messages in
cyberspace to increase and satisfy the residents of the neighborhood for
social participation in the development of creative tourism projects and
increase the risk-taking and social capital of citizens. 3) Due to the
appropriateness of the management Condition of the Dardasht
neighborhood, it is suggested that conferences and meetings entitled
Creative tourism to be held to familiarize better local managers and
people of the Dardasht neighborhood with the benefits of creative
tourism.
