چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺎزﺧﻮرد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﺮ ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪﮐﺎري ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي روان-ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ و ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در وزارت ورزش و ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﺑﻮد. ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﯾﮏ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ راﻫﺒﺮدي ﮐﻤﯽ و ﻣﺴﯿﺮ اﺟﺮا ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن وزارت ورزش و ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ داد. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺗﻌﺪاد 269 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. اﺑﺰار اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪﮐﺎري ﺷﺎوﻓﻠﯽ و ﺑﺎﮐﺮ)2003(؛ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ اﺳﭙﺮﯾﺘﺰر)1995( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻧﺎﻫﺎﭘﯿﺖ و ﮔﻮﺷﺎل)1998( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از روش ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﻣﺮﺑﻌﺎت ﺟﺰﺋﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار Smart PLS ﻧﺴﺨﻪ 3/2/6 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎزﺧﻮرد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﺎ ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪﮐﺎري، ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي روانﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ و ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻋﻠﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري دارد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از آزﻣﻮن ﺳﻮﺑﻞ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي روانﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ و ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ را ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﺋﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار داد. ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از آزﻣﻮن VAFﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي روانﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 0/28 و ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 0/34 ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ در ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺎزﺧﻮرد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﺮ ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪﮐﺎري را اﯾﻔﺎ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﻨﺪ. آﻧﭽﻪ از ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ ﻣﯽآﯾﺪ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪﮐﺎري ﺗﺎﺑﻌﯽ از ﺑﺎزﺧﻮرد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد، و ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي و ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن وزارت ورزش و ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ اﯾﻦ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان وزارت ورزش و ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﺎ اراﺋﻪ ﺑﺎزﺧﻮرد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺧﻮد ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن در ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪﮐﺎري اﺛﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of performance feedback on work engagement with the mediating role of psychological empowerment and social capital in the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs. Regarding the research purpose, this research considered applied and from strategic point of view was quantitative and was a correlation research. The statistical population of this study was staff of Ministry of Sport and Youth. In this study, by using Morgan table, 269 subjects were selected by stratified method. The research instruments were the Schaufeli and Baker (2003) bonding questionnaire; the Spritzer Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire (1995) and the Nahapit&Gucal Social Capital Questionnaire (1998). According to the purpose of the research, partial least squares method was used by Smart PLS software version 6/2/3. The findings of the study indicated that performance feedback was positively and significantly correlated with bonding, psychological empowerment, and social capital. The results of the Sobel test confirmed the mediating role of psychological empowerment and social capital. Also, the results of the VAF test of psychological empowerment at 0/28 and social capital at 0/34 play a mediating role in influencing performance feedback on bonding. What is obtained from the results of this research is that work engagement is correlated with performance feedback, empowerment and social capital of the Ministry of Sport and Youth staff. Therefore, the results of the Ministry of Youth and Sports executives can be effective in enhancing bonding by providing effective performance feedback to their staff.
