چكيده فارسي :
هدف: هدف از نگارش اين مقاله، تلاش براي شناخت قرآني- روايي اهداف، ابعاد و روشهاي يكي از مهم‌ترين و پيچيده‌ترين تهديدهاي وجودي- ماهيتي عليه نظام و حاكميت ديني؛ يعني «نفوذ راهبردي» بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي است كه به روش كتابخانه‌اي و مبتني بر روش تفسير اجتهادي با گرايش تفسير موضوعي تدوين شده است. آيات قرآن و روايات بر پايۀ مؤلفه‌هاي مرتبط و اثرگذار در «نفوذ راهبردي» معادل‌يابي تطبيقي، تحليل محتوا، مفهوم‌سازي و مقوله‌بندي شده‌اند. يافته‌ها: «نفوذ راهبردي» كه با محوريت جنگِ شناختي- ادراكي صورت مي‌پذيرد، همۀ ابعاد بينشي- معرفتي، نگرشي- انگيزشي و كنشي- منشي نظام ديني را در سطوح ساختاري، نهاد رهبري، حاكمان، نخبگان و تودۀ مردم هدف قرار مي‌دهد. اين نوشتار به نفوذ راهبردي در حوزۀ «نگرشي- انگيزشي» پرداخته است. نتيجه‌گيري: معتبرسازي اصل و رأي نظام سلطه در قالب تغيير زاويۀ ديد نسبت به نظام باطل، پذيرش مرجعيت حاكم به طاغوت و عبور از جهاد كبير، نخستين گام آن است. ناپپدانمايي دشمنيِ دشمن از طريق بازتعريف معيارهاي دشمن‌شناسي، به هم ريختن مرزبندي‌ها با دشمنان، امتزاج حق و باطل، تزيين دشمن و تبديل تبرّي از دشمن به تولّي و موالات، خودي‌پنداري دشمن، مرجعيت‌سازي و اعتباريابي مُحَرَّف و تغيير مرجعيت فكري- رفتاري، تغيير گروه مرجع تودۀ مردم و تلاش براي تغيير مرجعيت فرهنگي، ابعاد ديگر چنين نفوذي است. در حوزۀ حكمراني نيز تغيير معيارها و سنجه‌ها با تبديل معيارگرايي به شخصيت‌گرايي، تغيير تلقي از حكمراني در مسئولان، تغيير ترجيحات و شكل‌دهي خط ترديد، گامهاي پسين آن را تشكيل داده است.
چكيده لاتين :
Objectives: The purpose of this article is to try to comprehend the Quranic-narrative knowledge of goals, dimensions, and methods of one of the most important and complex existential-nature threats against the system and religious rule; it means "strategic influence". Method: The method of the present research is descriptive-analytical, which has been compiled by the "library method" and based on the "ijtihad/jurisprudence interpretation" method with the tendency of "thematic interpretation". Quranic verses and hadiths base on related and influential components in "strategic influence" are equated in comparison, analyzed in content, conceptualized, and categorized. Results: Research findings show that "strategic influence" which is done with a central focus on cognitive-perceptual warfare, targets all aspects of insight-epistemology, attitude - motivation, and Internal/direct-external/active of the religious system at the structural levels, Supreme Leader, rulers, elites and the populace. This article deals with the strategic influence in the field of "attitude-motivation".Conclusion: The result of the research showed that the validation of the principle and opinion of the system of domination in the form of changing the viewing angle towards the False system, accepting the authority of the dictatorship to Idols and passing the Great Jihad; is its first step. Hidden view of enemy hostility via redefining the measures of enemy recognition, disassembling boundaries with enemies, mixing right and wrong, decorating the enemy and turning avoid the enemy into friendship and follow, the self-concept of the enemy, authorization, crediting of the distorted ones and change of intellectual-behavioral authority, change the "reference group" of the masses, attempt to change cultural authority, are other dimensions of such influence. Also in the field of governance, the change of criteria and measures by turning standardism into personalitism, changing the perception of governance in officials, changing preferences, and forming a line of doubt have formed its later steps.
