چكيده فارسي :
هدف:هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، بررسي تأثير هوش معنوي در منايع ديني، به عنوان يكي از توانمندي‌هاي اساسي انسان بر شادكامي بود تا نظامهاي تربيتي با پرورش آن بتوانند انسان شادكام تربيت كنند. روش: در اين پژوهش از روش تحليل اسنادي محتواي متون ديني از جمله قرآن كريم و روايات معصومين(ع) بهره گرفته شد. يافته‌ها: نتايج تحليل اسنادي پژوهش، بيانگر تأثير توانمندي‌هاي مختلف معنوي بر شادكامي بود كه از جملۀ اين توانمندي‌ها، درك معناي حقيت هستي، ايمان، اعتماد، اميد به فضل، توكل و رضايت به خداوند متعال، درك قضا و قدر الهي و خرسندن بودن به آن، درك حقيقت وجود معصومين(ع) و توسل و پيروي از آنان، درك حقيقت دنيا و آخرت و پديدۀ مرگ، درك معناي خود و دريافت معناي بلا و ... حائز اهميت بود. هر چه معناهاي جهان حقيقي بهتر درك شود، شادكامي انسان نيز بيشتر خواهد شد. نتيجه‌گيري: تربيت هوش معنوي انسان مي‌تواند در تربيت انسان شادكام مؤثر واقع شود. لذا نظامهاي تربيتي، از جمله: خانواده، مدارس و دانشگاهها براي تربيت انسان شادكام بايد توانمندي و هوش معنوي را در متربيان خود پرورش دهند تا انسان شادكام براي زندگي در دنيا و آخرت تربيت كنند.

Objectives: The present study aims to analyse the effect of intelligence ability in religious sources as one of the basic human abilities on happiness so that educational systems can nurture this ability, can educate happy people. Method: In this study, the method of documentary analysis of the content of religious texts, including the Quran and Hadith was used. Results: The results showed the existence of various spiritual abilities, including understanding the meaning of the truth of existence, faith, trust, hope in grace, trust and satisfaction in God Almighty, understanding God's judgment and gratitude and being happy, understanding the truth of the existence of the infallibles, appealing and following them, understanding the truth of this world and the hereafter and the phenomenon of death, understanding the human being, as well as receiving the meaning of calamity and patience have happiness is most important. The better and more understood the meaning of the real world, the greater the happiness of man. Conclusion: Based on research results, training human spiritual intelligence can be effective in training happy man. Therefore, Educational systems in order to educate happy man must train and strengthen human spiritual intelligence, so that they can educate happy man to live in this world and the hereafter
