چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎزي اﺛﺮ ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي در وزارت ورزش و ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن اﯾﺮان ﺑﻮد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻞ ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن وزارت ورزش و ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان 268 ﻧﻔﺮ از اﯾﻦ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺟﻬﺖ ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﺮﯾﻔﯽ و ﯾﺎﻧﮓ )2004(، ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي ﺑﻮﻧﯿﺘﺲ )2008( و ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮاون )1997( ﺑﻮد. ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ داراي 12 ،16 و 18 ﮔﻮﯾﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﭘﻨﺞ ارزﺷﯽ ﻟﯿﮑﺮت ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ رواﯾﯽ اﺑﺰار ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮات 8 دﮐﺘﺮي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ورزﺷﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ در ﯾﮏ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﻘﺪﻣﺎﺗﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺮاي ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي و ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ 0/81 ،0/78 و 0/83 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻗﺒﻮل ﺑﻮدن آن ﻫﺎ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺛﺮي ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دارد )0/722=t=15/511 ،β(. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه اﺛﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي ﺑﻮد )0/804=t=46/561 ،β(. اﺛﺮ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮد )0/198=t=3/878 ،β(. در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ، ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي اﺛﺮي ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دارد )0/181=t=3/869 ،β(. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن وزارت ورزش و ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ ﮔﯿﺮي در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮐﺎري و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ آﻣﻮزش آن ﻫﺎ ﺑﺮاي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﺻﺖ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎري ﺑﻪ ﺑﻬﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺷﮑﻞ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد.
چكيده لاتين :
The main aim of this study was to model the effect of organizational agility on organizational entrepreneurship with the mediating role of the intellectual capital in the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Iran. The statistical population of this study included all employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth that based on Cochran's formula, 268 of these employees were selected as a statistical sample by stratified random sampling. The tools used to collect research data included three standard questionnaires of Sharifi and Yang's (2004) Organizational Agility, Bonits's (2008) Intellectual Capital and Brown's (1997) Organizational Entrepreneurship. The questionnaire used have 16, 12 and 18 items with a five-point Likert scale, respectively. To evaluate the validity of the research tool, the opinions of 8 PhDs in sport management were used and the reliability of the questionnaires in a pilot study by using Cronbach's alpha for organizational agility, intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship was 0.78, 0.81 and 0.83, respectively which indicate their reliability is acceptable. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The research findings showed organizational agility had a positive and significant impact on organizational entrepreneurship (t=15.511, β=0.722). The results also showed organizational agility had a positive and significant impact on the intellectual capital (t=46.561, β=0.804). Intellectual capital also had a positive and significant impact on organizational entrepreneurship (t=3.878, β=0.198). Finally, the results showed organizational agility with the mediating role of the employees' intellectual capital had a positive effect on organizational entrepreneurship (t=3.869, β=0.181). According to the research results, it is recommended to develop the ability of the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth to make decisions in different working conditions, as well as to train them to use job opportunities in the best way Keywords: Organizational Agility, Organizational Entrepreneurship, Intellectual Capital, Sports and Youth.
