چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪي ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ورزﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ورزشﻫﺎي ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ در اﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔﺎن ﺑﻮد. اﺑﺘﺪا ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎ و زﯾﺮﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎي اﺛﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ي ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ورزش ﻫﺎي ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﺗﻬﯿﻪ و ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس 6 ﻣﻌﯿﺎر و 60 زﯾﺮﻣﻌﯿﺎر ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 100000 ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮ ﻋﻼﻗﻪ ﻣﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ورزش ﻫﺎي ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ 387 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي در دﺳﺘﺮس از ﺑﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان درﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﻋﻼﻗﻪﻣﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ورزش ﻫﺎي ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺎ آزﻣﻮن آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ و رواﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺄﺋﯿﺪي، ﺗﺄﺋﯿﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﺑﻮدن داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ آزﻣﻮن ﮐﻮﻟﻤﻮﮔﺮوف- اﺳﻤﯿﺮﻧﻮف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺮاي رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ي ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ورزﺷﯽ در ﺳﺎﺣﻞ از آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ و از آزﻣﻮن ﺗﯽ ﺗﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اي ﺑﺮاي ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ، ﮔﻮﯾﺎي وﺟﻮد ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار در ﺳﻄﺢ 99% ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻮد. آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎي 1( اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي- ﺑﺎزارﯾﺎﺑﯽ، 2( ﺗﺄﺳﯿﺴﺎت زﯾﺮﺑﻨﺎﯾﯽ، 3( رواﺑﻂ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ و ﺗﺒﻠﯿﻐﺎت، 4( اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ- ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ، 5( ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ- اﻣﻨﯿﺘﯽ و 6( ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﯿﺶ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ را در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ي ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ورزش ﻫﺎي ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ در اﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔﺎن دارد. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ، ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ از ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﮔﺬاران ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯽ، اﯾﺠﺎد ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻫﺎي زﯾﺮﺑﻨﺎﯾﯽ و ﺑﻬﺴﺎزي ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و ﺑﺎزارﯾﺎﺑﯽ ورزش ﻫﺎي ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ اﺻﻠﯽ را در دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to identify the effective factors of managing the development of the sports tourism with the approach of beach sports in Hormozgan province. To achieve this approach, first the criteria and sub-criteria affecting the development of beach sports tourism through interviews with experts identified and a questionnaire based on 6 criteria and 60 sub-criteria was developed. Population of this study was 100000 sports tourists. Based on Morgan table, the questionnaire distributed among 387 available sports tourists. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test and its validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. The normality of the variables was evaluated by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and their correlation with Spearman correlation coefficient. Next, Friedman test was used to rank the effect of the main criteria for developing beach sports tourism and t-test was used to compare the main factors’ mean. Friedman test showed that the criteria of 1) economic-marketing, 2) infrastructure, 3) public relations and advertising, 4) socio-cultural, 5) political-security and 6) managerial have the greatest importance in development of the beach sports tourism in Hormozgan province respectively. Thus, encouraging and supporting private investors, creating infrastructure, and improving quality services and marketing of beach sports has a major role in achieving economic-sports development of Hormozgan coast. The results also showed all 6 main factors’ mean were more than average number 3) sig=0.05).
