ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﻧﻘﺶ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﻰ، ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮑﻰ، اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻰ اﻣﺎﮐﻦ ورزﺷﻰ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺷﻬﺮى ﮐﺮج

The determine the economic, social, traffic, and environmental impacts of the Karaj Enghelag Sports Complex on the surrounding urban environment

اﻣﺎﮐﻦ ورزﺷﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮيﻫﺎي ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ ﺷﻬﺮي ﺑﺮ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﭘﯿﺮاﻣﻮن ﺧﻮد اﺛﺮﮔﺬارﻧﺪ، ﮐﻪ در اﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎن ﻣﯽﺗﻮان از اﺛﺮات زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﯾﻦ اﺛﺮات ﻧﺎم ﺑﺮد. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ و اوﻟﻮﯾﺖﺑﻨﺪي اﺛﺮات زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮑﯽ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ ورزﺷﯽ اﻧﻘﻼب ﺑﺮ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺷﻬﺮي ﮐﺮج ﺑﻮد. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 253 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺳﺎﮐﻨﺎن اﻃﺮاف ورزﺷﮕﺎه اﻧﻘﻼب ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺛﺮات زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ و ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮑﯽ اﻣﺎﮐﻦ ورزﺷﯽ ﺳﻠﻄﺎن ﺣﺴﯿﻨﯽ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران )1393( اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ داراي 14 ﺳﻮال و 2 ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ اﺛﺮات زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ اﻣﺎﮐﻦ ورزﺷﯽ و اﺛﺮات ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮑﯽ اﻣﺎﮐﻦ ورزﺷﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در ﺣﯿﻄﻪ اﺛﺮات اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي – اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺳﻠﻄﺎن ﺣﺴﯿﻨﯽ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران )1392( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ داراي 16 ﺳﻮال و 2 ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ اﺛﺮات اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ اﻣﺎﮐﻦ ورزﺷﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ از ﻧﻮع ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ ﺑﻮد و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﻧﯿﺰ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ 0/81 ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ از روش آﻣﺎري T ﺗﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪاي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ رﺗﺒﻪﺑﻨﺪي آﺛﺎر ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ از روش ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ ﮔﯿﺮي ﭼﻨﺪﺷﺎﺧﺼﻪ )MADM( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮات اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري 0/001 ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ را ﺑﺮ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺷﻬﺮي ﮐﺮج ﮔﺬاﺷﺘﻪ و در رﺗﺒﻪﻫﺎي ﺑﻌﺪي اﺛﺮات ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮑﯽ و اﺛﺮات زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﻗﺮار دارﻧﺪ و اﺛﺮات اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﺑﺎ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري 0/11 ﻧﻘﺸﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺷﻬﺮي اﻃﺮاف ورزﺷﮕﺎه ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.

Sports areas as one of the most important urban public use affect the environment around which social, economic and traffic environmental impacts can be named as the most important. The purpose of this study was to determine the economic, social, traffic, and environmental impacts of the Karaj Enghelag Sports Complex on the surrounding urban environment. The research method was a descriptive - survey and the statistical population consisted of 253 residents around the Sports Complex. The instruments used in this study included the Environmental and Traffic Impact Questionnaire of Sultan Hosseini et al. (2014). This questionnaire has 14 questions and 2 components of the environmental impacts of sports areas and the traffic impacts of sports areas. Sultan-Hosseini et al. (2013) questionnaire is also used in the field of socio-economic impacts. This questionnaire has 16 questions and 2 components of economic and social impacts of sports facilities. The validity of the questionnaire is a content type and its reliability is calculated by Cronbach's alpha of 81%. A one-sample T-test were used to analyze the data from the questionnaires. The multidisciplinary Decision-Making Method is used to rank the effects of the evaluated components. This study has identified that social impacts significantly had the greatest effects on the urban environment of Karaj city (p<0.001). Moreover, the next two ranks are traffic effects and environmental effects, but there was no influence of the economic effects on the urban environment around the sports complex (p=0.11).
