چكيده فارسي :
ﻻزﻣﮥ واﮐﻨﺶ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ و ﮐﺴﺐ ﻣﺰﯾﺖ رﻗﺎﺑﺘﯽ درداﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﻫﺎي ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ، دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ راﻫﺒﺮدي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ راﻫﺒﺮدي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي در ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﻫﺎي ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. روش ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ روش از ﻧﻮع ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ و از ﻧﻮع ﻣﺪل ﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن زن و ﻣﺮد داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﻫﺎي ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 334 اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺨﺼﯿﺺ ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ )ﻃﺒﻖ ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان( 225ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮد آوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﭼﻬﺎر ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪار ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ راﻫﺒﺮدي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ)2006(، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي ﺑﻮﻧﺘﯿﺲ)1996(، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﺮﯾﻔﯽ و ژاﻧﮓ)2001( و ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﯾﺎﻧﮓ)2004( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. داده ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﭘﺲ از ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارﻫﺎي آﻣﺎري PLS , SPSSﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻫﺮ ﭼﻬﺎر ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ راﻫﺒﺮدي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ، ،ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﻫﺎي ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان از وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ، ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دارد، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﺮ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي دارد، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﺮ ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دارد، ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دارد، ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﺮ ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دارد و ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Achieving strategic human resource management is necessary to respond effectively to environmental changes and gain a competitive advantage in physical education faculties. The present study aimed to investigate the effects of strategic human resource management on organizational performance and agility with the mediating role of intellectual capital in the staff of Physical Education faculties in Tehran city. This research purpose was practical and a survey research method by structural equating has been used. The population of the study includes 344 male and female staff of physical education faculties, which sample size was estimated by stratified sampling method and using proportional allocation according to Cochran's formula. For data collection, four standard questionnaires of strategic human resource management (2006), Bontis (1996) intellectual capital questionnaire, Sharifi and Zhang (2001) organizational agility questionnaire, and Yang (2004) organizational performance questionnaire were used. Research data were analyzed by using IBM SPSS statistical v.21 software. In the staff of physical education faculties in Tehran city, the four variables of strategic human resource management, intellectual capital, organizational performance, and organizational agility possess worthwhile situations. Furthermore, strategic human resource management significantly impacts organizational performance, intellectual capital, and organizational agility. In addition, intellectual capital significantly affects organizational performance, organizational agility, and also, organizational agility has a significant effect on organizational performance.
