مكان يابي بهينه اماكن و فضاهاي ورزشي در شهر سنندج با استفاده از تكنيك تلفيقي روش تحليل شبكه ANP و مدل FUZZY در GIS (نمونه موردي: شهرسنندج)

Optimal Locating of Sports Facilities in Sanandaj City, Using Combined Technique of ANP Network Analysis and FUZZY Model in GIS (Case Study: Sanandaj City)

امروزه جوامع توسعه يافته هريك بر اهميت توسعه فضاهاي ورزشي و اثرات روشن آنها بر سلامت اجتماعي، بهبود كارايي، وحدت ملي و استفاده بهينه و صحيح از اوقات فراغت واقف هستند. در همين رابطه، تاثير فضاها و مراكز ورزشي نيز اهميت دوچندان دارد. باتوجه به اهميت اين موضوع، لازم است تا فضاهاي ورزشي به گونه‌اي مكان‌يابي شده و در سطح شهر پراكنده شوند كه عموم قادر باشند با سهولت به آنها دسترسي داشته باشند. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، ارزيابي الگوهاي فضايي و تدوين الگوي بهينه جهت مكان‌يابي مراكز ورزشي در سطح شهر سنندج است. فرايند تحليل به صورت تركيبي از روش‌هاي توصيفي و تحليلي مي‌باشد. جهت تحليل داده‌ها از نرم افزارهايGIS ، SUPER DECISIONS و از شاخص ميانگين نزديكترين همسايه جهت ارزيابي الگوي فضايي مراكز ورزشي و مدل ANP و مدل فازي جهت مكان‌يابي فضاهاي ورزشي استفاده شده است. به نحوي كه از مدل فرايند تحليل شبكه‌اي جهت تعيين ارزش و وزن معيارهاي مختلف و از سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي جهت تحليل لايه‌ها و ارائه خروجي درقالب نقشه استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش نشان داده‌اند كه پراكنش ناهمگون فضاهاي ورزشي در سطح شهر و همچنين پايين بودن سطح سرانه فضاهاي ورزشي و مشكلات دسترسي شهروندان به اين مراكز از جمله اصلي‌ترين مسائل مرتبط با الگوي فضايي مراكز ورزشي در شهر سنندج است.

Today, developed communities are aware of the importance of developing sports spaces and their clear effects on social health, improving efficiency, national unity, and the optimal use of leisure time. In this regard, the impact of sports centers is of double importance. Given the importance of this issue, it is necessary to have sports spaces located and dispersed throughout the city so that the public can easily access them. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the spatial patterns and formulate the optimal pattern for locating sports centers in the city of Sanandaj. The analysis process is a combination of descriptive and analytical methods. GIS, SUPER DECISIONS softwares and mean nearest neighbor index were used to analyze the collected data. The network analysis process model is used to determine the value and weight of different criteria, and the GIS is used to analyze the layers and provide output as a map. The results of this study show that the heterogeneous distribution of sport areas in the city, the low level of per capita sports areas and the problems of citizens' access to these centers are among the main issues related to the spatial pattern of sports centers in Sanandaj
