The Impact of the Resistance Axis on the Strategic Depth of the Islamic Republic of Iran

هدف:از جمله نتايج انقلاب اسلامي 1357 و استقرارنظام جمهوري اسلامي در ايران، ايجاد منازعه و تعارض با آمريكا و دشمني با رژيم صهيونيستي بوده است. در اين بين، از جمله ملزومات جهت‌گيري ضد صهيونيستي جمهوري اسلامي، شكل‌گيري اتحاد با سوريه و به­تدريج شكل‌گيري محور مقاومت بوده است. از اين رو، هدف مقاله بررسي تأثير محور مقاومت بر عمق استراتژيك جمهوري اسلامي ايران است. روش:اين مقاله بر اساس روش توصيفي- تحليلي و با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه‌اي و اينترنتي انجام شده است. يافته‌ها:يافته‌هاي مقاله نشان دهنده تأثيرگذاري محور مقاومت بر عمق استراتژيك ايران از طريق تعقيب اين ساز وكارها است: ايجاد گروه‌هاي وفادار و تأسيس پايگاه‌هاي مقاومت در منطقه، اتحاد استراتژيك با سوريه و ساير متحدان غيردولتي و افزايش موازنه بيروني قدرت، ارتقاي توانايي موشكي ايران و تقويت موازنه دروني قدرت،افزايش قدرت نظامي حزب‌الله، حماس و جهاد اسلامي و تضعيف توانايي بازدارندگي و كاهش ضريب امنيت ملي رژيم صهيونيستي. نتيجه گيري:شكل‌گيري و گسترش محور مقاومت، منجر به افزايش عمق استراتژيك جمهوري اسلامي ايران در منطقه هلال خصيب گرديده است.

Objective: After the 1979 Islamic revolution and the establishment of the Islamic Republic in Iran, hostility between Iran and the Zionist Regime has been created and escalated. As the imperatives of Tehran's anti-Israeli orientation, the alliance with Syria plus non-state groups in Lebanon and Palestine and gradually the formation of the Resistance Axis have been established. This paper aims to address this question: What is the impact of the Resistance Axis on the strategic depth of the Islamic Republic of Iran? Method: The method of research is descriptive-analytical by using library and internet sources. Findings: The findings of this paper indicate that the Resistance Axis influence on Iran's strategic depth through mechanisms such as making balance of power by establishment of resistance bases and creating loyal groups, a strategic alliance with Syria and other non-state allies, improving Iran's missile capabilities, increasing the military power of Hezbollah, Hamas and Islamic Jihad, and weakening the deterrent capabilities of the Zionist Regime. Conclusion: The formation and development of the Resistance Axis has expanded the Islamic Republic of Iran’s strategic depth in the Fertile Crescent region.
