مطالعه بسترهاي همكاري - رقابت ژئواكونوميكي و ژئوپولتيكي ايران و روسيه در غرب آسيا (2015-2020)

Study of Visual Substrates – Geo-economic and Geo-political Competition between Iran and Russia in West Asia (2015-2020)

هدف: غرب آسيا به دلايل متعددي هم براي روسيه و هم براي ايران اهميت زيادي دارد. قرار گرفتن اين دو كشور از نظر ژئوپلتيكي در حوزه و همسايگي غرب آسيا، فرصت­ هاي متعددي را در اختيار آن­ها قرار داده است تا از منابع و ذخاير منطقه و همچنين پتانسيل­ هاي استراتژيكي گروه ­ها و كشورهاي منطقه جهت همكاري يا رقابت با يكديگر و با ساير كشورها استفاد كنند. هدف اين پژوهش، مطالعه بسترهاي همكاري - رقابت ژئواكونوميكي و ژئوپولتيكي ايران و روسيه در غرب آسيا است. روش: اين مقاله به استناد داده­ هاي اسنادي و آرشيوي با استفاده از روش تطبيقي بر مبناي رهيافت ژئواكونومي به تجزيه و تحليل مي ­پردازد. يافته­ ها: يافته ­ها نشان مي­ دهند، اين دو كشور در زمينه­ هاي مقابله با حضور امريكا در منطقه،انرژي هسته ­اي، بخش مبارزه با تروريست و تأمين امنيت منطقه همكاري داشته و در حوزه ­هاي فروش نفت و گاز، صادرات كالا و خدمات به كشورهاي منطقه، حوزه نظامي، حضور در مرحله سازندگي سوريه با هم رقابت دارند و در مسأله اسرائيل اختلاف عميق دارند. نتيجه­ گيري:نتيجه ­گيري كلي پژوهش، ارائه فضاي شفافي از حوزه ­هاي مهم رقابت و همكاري دو كشور ايران و روسيه در منطقه غرب آسيا با تمركز بر زمينه ژئوپولتيك و ژئو اكونوميك است.

Objective: West Asia is important to both Russia and Iran for a number of reasons. Being located in this country geopolitically in the area and neighborhood of West Asia has several possibilities to use the resources and reserves of the region as well as the potentials of strategic groups and countries that the region activates or activates. They register with other countries. The purpose of this study is to study the contexts of Mica - geo-economic and geopolitical competition between Iran and Russia in West Asia. Method: This paper has been processed based on documentary and archival data using a comparative method based on the geo-economic approach to analysis. Findings: The findings show that the two countries are in the field of countering the US presence in the region, nuclear energy and counter-terrorism, and providing regional security in the areas of oil and gas sales, exports of goods and services in the region. Organizationally, the presence in the construction phase of Syria is competing with each other and there are deep differences in the issue of Israel. Conclusion: The general conclusion of the transparent space research is one of the important areas of competition and climate between Iran and Russia in the West Asian region with a focus on geopolitics and geo-economics.
