همخواني منابع كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي با نياز كاربران: مطالعه تطبيقي كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي سازمان فرهنگي هنري شهرداري تهران و نهاد كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي شهر تهران

Information Literacy, Self-Regulated Learning and Internet Public Libraries Resources Consistency with User's Needs: A Comparative Study of the Public Libraries of the Art and Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality and the Tehran Public Libraries Institution

هدف: شناسايي وضعيت منابع كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي سازمان فرهنگي هنري شهرداري تهران و نهاد كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي شهر تهران از نظر نوع، موضوع، دسترس پذيري و انطباق با نياز اعضا است. روش‌شناسي پژوهش: روش پژوهش پيمايشي-تحليلي است و از نمونه‌گيري تصادفي–طبقه‌اي استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش، 440 عضو (209 مرد، 231 زن) از 22 كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي وابسته به سازمان فرهنگي هنري شهرداري تهران و 440 عضو (179 مرد، 261 زن) از 22 كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي نهاد كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي كشور است كه يك كتابخانه نهاد و يك كتابخانه شهرداري در هر منطقه شهري انتخاب شده است و از پرسشنامه براي گردآوري اطلاعات استفاده گرديده است، همچنين براي تجزيه اطلاعات از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي و نيز آزمون تي‌استيودنت استفاده شده است. يافته‌ها: در شاخص "منابع غير‌كتابي"، كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي سازمان فرهنگي هنري شهرداري تهران( با ميانگين 0.5614) وضعيت بهتري نسبت به كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي نهاد( با ميانگين 0.5106) در شهر تهران دارند. در شاخص "موضوعات ده‌گانه ديوئي" وضعيت كتابخانه‌هاي نهاد( با ميانگين 2.8) نسبت به كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي سازمان( با ميانگين 2.72)، بهتر است. در دو شاخص "كتاب‌هاي كمك ‌آموزشي" و "در دسترس ‌بودن منابع" نتيجه اختلاف معناداري بين كتابخانه‌هاي شهرداري و نهاد وجود ندارد. نتيجه گيري: با مقايسه وضع موجود كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي در ايران به نظر مي رسد كه تعداد ساختمان ، تجهيزات، كيفيت منابع و از همه مهمتر، خدمات آن‌ها با آن‌چه مورد نياز يك جامعه پويا و درحال رشد است فاصله بسيار دارد.

Purpose: This study is aimed to comparing the resources available in the Art and Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality (ACOTM) and the Tehran Public Libraries Institution (PLI) concerning the conformity of these resources to the needs of library members. Methodology: This research used Analytic survey method. Sampling method is random stratified sampling. The Public Libraries affiliated with Tehran Municipality and the Public Libraries of the Institution in Tehran are divided into 22 urban districts. In order to take the sample one library is selected from each district. The statistical population of the public libraries of the Art and Cultural Organization of Tehran municipality (ACOTM) consists of 440 entities including 209 men and 231 women. The statistical population of Tehran Public Libraries Institution (PLI) consists of 440 entities including 179 men and 261 women. Questionnaire has used to gather information. Findings: The public libraries of the Art and Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality (ACOTM) have a better than the Tehran Public Libraries Institution (PLI) status concerning “non-book resources”. The status of libraries of Tehran Public Libraries Institution (PLI) is better than the public libraries of the Art and Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality (ACOTM) as concerns “Dewey decimal topics”. The significance level of the test is larger than %5 in the two classes of “educational aid books” with significance level of 0.653 and “the accessibility of resources” with significance level of 0.167. Therefore, there is no significant difference between the libraries of the two institutions. Conclusion: Comparing the current situation of public libraries in Iran, it seems that the number of buildings and their appearance, equipment, quality of resources and most importantly, their services are far from what is needed in a dynamic and growing society.
