Evaluation of E-learning Readiness of Post Graduate Students at Institute for Higher Education ACECR, Khuzestan

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي وضعيت آمادگي يادگيري الكترونيكي دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي مؤسسه آموزش عالي جهاد دانشگاهي خوزستان شكل گرفته است. روش‌شناسي: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي است و از روش پژوهش پيمايشي تحليلي براي انجام آن استفاده است. نمونه‌گيري از جامعه پژوهش با استفاده از فرمول كوكبان براي تعداد 153 نفر از دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي مؤسسه آموزش عالي خوزستان كه در نيمسال اول 1398- 1397 مشغول به تحصيل بودند، انجام گرفت. روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي بود. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود كه روايي آن توسط متخصصان تأييد شده و ضريب پايايي آن 854/. آلفاي كرونباخ بود. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي (آزمون تي و تحليل واريانس يك‌طرفه) استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: تحليل نتايج حاصل از بررسي ميزان آمادگي دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي مؤسسه آموزش عالي جهاد دانشگاهي خوزستان براي شركت در يادگيري الكترونيكي حاكي از آن است كه ميانگين آمادگي دانشجويان از منظر 6 بعد مورد بررسي 3/81 از 5 است كه نشان‌دهنده آمادگي در حد متوسط دانشجويان براي شركت در يادگيري الكترونيكي است. بحث و نتيجه‌گيري: با فراهم آوري زيرساخت‌هاي موردنياز و برگزاري دوره‌هاي آموزشي و تأكيد بر اهميت يادگيري الكترونيكي در عصر حاضر مي‌توانيم در جهت ارتقاي آمادگي گام برداريم.

Purpose: This research is aimed to identify E-learning readiness Rate of postgraduate students of Institute for Higher Education ACECR, Khuzestan. Methodology: The current research is an applied study which used an analytical-survey method. Sampling from the research population was done using the Cochran formula on 153 post graduate students of Khuzestan Institute for Higher Education registered in the first semester of 2018-2019 academic year. was performed Sampling was stratified random sampling .Data gathering instruments was a researcher-made questionnaire; Its validity has been confirmed by experts and reliability of the questionnaire were observed using the Cronbach Alph method, ite reliability was measures (%854 For data analysis, descriptive statistics and referrrential statistics (T-test and one way ANOVA, variance analysis) were used. Findings: The analysis of the obtained results from surveying the rate post graduate students of Institute for Higher Education ACECR, Khuzestan readiness for participating in electronic learning shows that the average of students’ readiness in the six is 3/81 of 5. This figure shows the electronic learning of the students is moderate. Conclusion: With providing the required infrastructure and training courses and emphasizing the importance of electronic learning at the present time. Students must be encouraged to participate in E-learning courses and obliged to increase their knowledge and skills in this respect.
