ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ ارﺗﻘﺎي ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ زﻧﺎن ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ در آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻟﺤﺎظ روش ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ي آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪي ﺑﺎﻧﻮان )ﻣﻌﻠﻢ، ﻣﻌﺎون، ﻣﺪﯾﺮ و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎس آﻣﻮزش( ﺷﺎﻏﻞ در آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 12000ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ 350ﻧﻔﺮ در ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ، ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺧﻮﺷﻪاي ﯾﮏ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اي ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪي آﻣﺎري اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌ ﻪ ي ﻣﺒﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﻈﺮي، ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪاي ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﺷﺪ و رواﯾﯽ آن ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﻧﻈﺮان و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ اﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ، ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺑﺎ 18/47درﺻﺪ، ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ روان ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﺑﺎ 10درﺻﺪ، ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ ﺧﺎﻧﻮادﮔﯽ ﺑﺎ 9/32درﺻﺪ، ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ 9/20درﺻﺪ و ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ ﺑﺎ 6/78درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان 5ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اﺻﻠﯽ ﻋﺪم ارﺗﻘﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ زﻧﺎن ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﺎﻧﻮان ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽﻧﮕﻬﺪاري از ﻓﺮزﻧﺪان و آﻣﻮزش آن ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ 3 /83درﺻﺪ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ وﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﺑﻮدن اﺑﺘﮑﺎر و ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ در زﻧﺎن ﺑﺎ 1/96 درصد پايين ترين ميانگين را در بين عوامل به خود اختصاص دادند.
چكيده لاتين :
The research was conducted with purpose study of Barriers to promoting the managerial position of women in education in Mazandaran province. This research in terms of purpose is applied and in terms of data collection method is descriptive. Statistical population includes all women (teacher, assistant, manager and education expert) employed in Mazandaran province education, 12000 people, finally, 350 people participated in the study. One-stage cluster sampling was used. After studying the theoretical foundations and scientific texts a researcher-made questionnaire was developed and its validity and reliability were confirmed by experts. The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that social and cultural barriers with 18.47%, psychological barriers with 10%, family barriers with 9.32%, organizational barriers with 9.20% and managerial barriers with 6.78%, respectively. The 5 main reasons for the lack of managerial promotion of cultural women are. Also, in terms of cultural women, childcare and education had the highest average with 3.83% and low creativity in women with 1.96%.
