اين مقاله با هدف شناسايي و بررسي مولفه هاي اثرگذار بر قدرت تحرك نيروهاي واكنش سريع زميني انجام شده است. جامعه موردمطالعه شامل فرماندهان، معاونين شاغل در ستاد نزاجا و آجا و فرماندهان يگان هاي تابعه نزاجا هستند كه در محل هاي سرتيپي و سرلشكري شاغل بوده و در خصوص موضوع صاحب نظر مي باشند. روش نمونه گيري تمام شمار هدفمند مي باشد و براي مصاحبه نيز به روش قضاوتي هدفمند و به صورت تمام شمار انتخاب شده اند. داده هاي جمع آوري شده از طريق مطالعه اسناد و مدارك و مصاحبه و ارسال پرسشنامه به روش هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي با استفاده از رايانه و برنامه نرم افزاري spss مورد تجزيه وتحليل قرارگرفته است. نتايج نهايي حاكي از آن است كه مولفه هاي اثرگذار بر قدرت تحرك نيروهاي واكنش سريع زميني شامل: به كارگيري خودروهاي رزمي كارآمد، تداوم آماد و پشتيباني، سامانه ارتباطي موثر، به كارگيري هوانيروز، قدرت و سرعت تصميم گيري فرمانده، مطلوبيت سلاح و تجهيزات، روحيه و انگيزه، نيروي انساني ماهر، ساختار و سازمان دهي مناسب و قابليت انعطاف در اجراي طرح ها، به كارگيري توان پهپادي، آموزش مستمر و مهارت هاي ويژه و به كارگيري ظرفيت هاي بومي و مردمي است.

This paper aims to identify and investigate the components affecting the mobility of ground reaction forces. The study population includes commanders, deputies working in the headquarters of Nezaja and AJA and commanders of the subordinate units of Nezaja who are working in the positions of brigadier general and general and are experts on the subject. The whole number sampling method is purposeful and for the interview they are purposefully selected and integer. The collected data were analyzed by studying the documents and interviews and sending a questionnaire using descriptive and inferential statistical methods using a computer and SPSS software program. The final results indicate that the components affecting the mobility of the ground rapid reaction forces include: use of efficient combat vehicles, continuity of readiness and support, effective communication system, use of air force, power and speed of the commander's decision, desirability of weapons and equipment. Skilled manpower, Proper structure and organization and flexibility in implementing projects, the use of drone power, continuous training and special skills, the use of indigenous and popular capacities.
