چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف
اعمال منافي عفت و اخلاق عمومي از جمله جرايمي هستند كه قانون گذار در سال هاي قبل و بعد از انقلاب اقدام به جرم انگاري آن ها نموده است. اما تعريف و قلمرو دقيقي از اين جرايم، نه در قانون و نه در فقه، ارايه نشده و فقط مصاديقي از اين جرايم ذكر گرديده كه همگي محدود به جرايم جنسي مي باشد؛ در حاليكه رفتارهاي متعددي در جامعه شكل مي گيرد كه اغلب آن ها باعث جريحه دار شدن عفت عمومي گرديده و هيچ كدام در قلمرو اين جرايم جرم انگاري نشده است.
مواد و روش ها:
اين تحقيق از نوع نظري بوده روش تحقيق به صورت توصيفي تحليلي ميباشد و روش جمع آوري اطلاعات به صورت كتابخانه اي است و با مراجعه به اسناد، كتب و مقالات صورت گرفته است.
ملاحظات اخلاقي:
در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعايت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداري رعايت شده است.
يافته ها:
اقتصاد و جرايمي كه در حوزه آن به وقوع مي پيوندد يكي از رفتارهايي است كه در جامعه امروزي، با توجه به نيازهاي مالي و فقر ناشي از آن كه از عواملي مانند بيكاري، اعتياد، عدم شايسته سالاري و... به وجود مي آيند، بيش از ساير رفتارها عفت عمومي را متاثر كرده و به نوعي در جامعه امروزي رفتارهايي در حوزه اقتصاد خرد و كلان و در سطح دولتي و غيردولتي شكل مي گيرد كه تاثيرات مخربي در افكار عمومي برجا مي گذارد.
نتيجه گيري:
برخي از جرايم اقتصادي به قدري گسترده است كه نه تنها وضعيت اقتصادي افراد در جامعه را مدت ها دگرگون مي سازد، بلكه در اغلب موارد بر عفتي كه به لحاظ قانوني و اخلاقي لازمه فعالان اقتصادي هست را تحت الشعاع قرار داده، و براي جلوگيري و درمان اين وضعيت، به دليل اين كه مولفه هاي عفت بيشتر اخلاقي و دروني هستند، مثل حرص و طمع و گران فروشي و اختلاس و... هيچ راهكار و ضمانت اجرايي وجود ندارد. به عبارت ديگر عدم عفت اقتصادي در بخش كلان حكومتي، هم در عفت اقتصادي بخش خصوصي و هم در جريحه دار شدن عفت عمومي در جامعه اثرگذار است.

Background and Aim: Unlawful acts of public chastity and morality are among the crimes that the legislature criminalized in the years before and after the revolution. However, the exact definition and scope of these crimes are not provided in either the law or jurisprudence, and only
examples of these crimes are mentioned, all of which are limited to sexual crimes; While many behaviors are formed in the society, most of
which have injured public decency and none of them has been
criminalized in the realm of these crimes.
Materials and Methods: This research is of theoretical type and the
research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data
collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books
and articles.
Ethical Considerations: In order to organize this research, while
observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been
observed.
Findings: The economy and the crimes that take place in its field is one
of the behaviors in today's society, due to the financial needs and
poverty caused by factors such as unemployment, addiction, lack of
meritocracy and... They occur, affect public decency more than other
behaviors, and in a way, in today's society, behaviors are formed in the
field of micro and macroeconomics, at the governmental and nongovernmental
level, which have destructive effects on public opinion.
Conclusion: Some of the crimes against economic chastity is so
widespread that it not only transforms the economic situation of
individuals in society for a long time, but in many cases overshadows the
chastity that is legally and morally necessary for economic actors, and to
prevent and treat this situation, Because the components of chastity are
more moral and internal, such as greed, overselling, embezzlement, and
so on... There is no solution and no executive guarantee. In other words,
lack of economic chastity in the macro-government sector affects both the economic chastity of the private sector and the wounding of public chastity in society.
