چكيده فارسي :
هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوي معلم خوب با تكيهبر سند تحول بنيادين آموزشوپرورش بود. بدين منظور در يك تحليل كيفي و با رويكرد پديدارشناسي، متن سند مطالعه گرديد. يافتههاي تحقيق در دو بخش عرضه شد. بخش اول شامل دادههاي توصيفي و بخش دوم شامل ارائه يافتهها و دادههاي كيفي است. ابتدا دادههاي توصيفي شامل شاخصهاي تعيينشده معلم خوب در سند تحول، مؤلفههاي اصلي تبيين شايستگيها و اقتدار معلمان خوب شناسايي گرديد. نتايج تحليل يافتهها نشان داد كه پنج مؤلفه: دانش، توان، بينش، گزينش و آرامش ميتواند شالوده طراحي الگوي معلم خوب قرار گيرد. براي ارائه يافتههاي پژوهش از مصاحبه عميق نيمه ساختارمند با حضور 12 نفر از متخصصان سند استفاده شد و جداول كدگذاري باز، كدگذاري محوري و كدگذاري انتخابي مشخص گرديد و بر اين اساس الگوي طراحي معلم خوب با تكيهبر سند تحول بنيادين تدوين گرديد. براي اطمينان از روايي پژوهش، گزارش نهايي تحليل به سه نفر از متخصصان سند تحول داده شد تا پس از بازبيني، پيشنهادهايشان در مرحله كدگذاري باز، اعمال گردد. همين گروه در مرحله بعدي، كدگذاري محوري را بررسي نمودند و نظرات آنها در تدوين الگو به كار رفت.

Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to provide a good teacher model based on the Fundamental Reform Document of Education. For this purpose, in a qualitative analysis with a phenomenological approach, the text of the document was studied. The research findings were presented in two parts. The first part includes descriptive data and the second part presents qualitative findings and data. First, descriptive data including the indicators of a good teacher in the Fundamental reform document, the main components of explaining the competencies and authority of good teachers were identified. The results of the analysis showed that five components: knowledge, ability, insight, selection and tranquility can be the basis for designing a good teacher model. In order to present the research findings, an in-depth semi-structured interview with the presence of 12 document experts was used. and open coding, axial coding and selective coding tables were identified. Based on this, a good teacher design model was developed according to the fundamental reform document. To ensure the validity of the research, the final report of the analysis was transformed to three document experts so that after review, their suggestions could be applied in the open coding stage. In the next step, the same group examined the axial coding and their ideas were used in developing the model.
Highlights
In this study, researchers, unlike previous studies that have focused on the advantages, disadvantages, percentage of teachers' awareness of the transformation document, or to describe different teacher models with emphasis on high education documents, emphasize this semantic layer that benefits from a model. Dynamic, effective and intelligent in designing a good teacher model based on the document of fundamental change, should have a deep understanding of philosophical concepts and theoretical foundations of fundamental change and understanding regional, national and global developments, to identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and Threats take action and identify resources and facilities, obstacles, driving forces, deterrents to outline how to achieve the goals set out in the transformation document.
