چكيده فارسي :
امنيت انرژي در سياستگذاري كلان چين، متضمن تداوم رشد اقتصادي و ارتقا موقعيت آن در نظام بينالملل است لذا اطمينان از عدم اختلال در تأمين انرژي، اصلي خدشه ناپذير در پيگيري منافع ملي چين محسوب ميشود. در چنين شرايطي، چين به‌عنوان يكي از بزرگ‌ترين كشورهاي مصرف كننده انرژي جهان در پرتو ابتكار جاده ابريشم و براي اطمينان از امنيت انرژي خود، روش هاي متفاوتي نظير سرمايه گذاريهاي عظيم در اكتشاف و استخراج ميدان هاي نفتي و گازي، تقويت زيرساختهاي انرژي براي بهبود بهرهوري و مشاركت گسترده در طرح‌هاي نفت و گاز در آسياي مركزي را در پيش‌گرفته است. در اين راستا، هدف اصلي مقاله حاضر، بررسي اهداف ابتكار جاده ابريشم در حوزه انرژي در منطقه آسياي مركزي است. با توجه به اين هدف، پرسش اصلي مقاله اين است كه چين از طريق ابتكار جاده ابريشم در حوزه انرژي چه اهدافي را در آسياي مركزي دنبال ميكند؟ در پاسخ اين فرضيه مورد ارزيابي قرار ميگيرد كه چين از طريق اجراي ابتكار جاده ابريشم به دنبال تأمين امنيت انرژي خود از طريق قراردادها و سرمايه گذاريهاي بلندمدت با كشورهاي آسياي مركزي است. يافته هاي مقاله حاضر نشان ميدهند، چين در قالب كمربند جاده ابريشم با سرمايه گذاري و انعقاد قراردادهاي بلندمدت انرژي در منطقه آسياي مركزي، ضمن تقويت حضور و نفوذ فزاينده در منطقه، امنيت انرژي و توسعه اقتصادي خود را تضمين نموده و جايگزين استراتژيك مطمئني براي منابع نفتي خاورميانه يافته است. روش تحقيق مقاله حاضر توصيفي_ تحليلي است

Energy security in China's macro-policy ensures the continuation of economic growth and the promotion of China’s position in the international system, so that ensuring energy supply not being disrupted is an inviolable principle in the pursuit of China's national interests. . In such a situation, China, as one of the largest energy consuming countries in the world, has employed, in the light of the Silk Road initiative and for the insurance of its energy security, various methods such as massive investments in the exploration and extraction of oil and gas fields and strengthening energy infrastructure to improve productivity and expand participation in oil and gas projects in Central Asia. In this regard, the main purpose of this article is to examine the goals of the Silk Road Initiative in the field of energy in the Central Asian region. Given this goal, the main question of the article is what goals does China pursue in Central Asia through the Silk Road Energy Initiative? In response to this hypothesis, China seeks to secure its energy through long-term contracts with and investments in Central Asian countries through the implementation of the Silk Road initiative. The findings of the present study show that China, in the form of the Silk Road belt, by investing and concluding long-term energy contracts in the Central Asian region, while strengthening its presence and growing influence in the region, has ensured its energy security and economic development and has found a reliable strategic position for itself regarding the Middle East oil resources. The research method of this article is descriptive-analytical.
