بررسي و اولويت بندي عوامل موثر بر افزايش تعداد مبتلايان به ويروس كرونا از ديد مردم استان البرز (با استفاده از آزمون فريدمن) (مطالعه موردي استان البرز)

Study and Prioritization of Factors Affecting the Increase in the Number of Patients with Coronavirus from the Perspective of the People of Alborz Province (using Friedman test) (Case Study: Alborz Province

بررسي و اولويت بندي عوامل موثر بر افزايش ويروس جديد كوويد-19، يك امر ضروري در بقاي جهان به شمار مي رود. هدف اين پژوهش رتبه بندي عوامل موثر (12 عامل شناسايي شده) بر افزايش ويروس كرونا از ديد مردم استان البرز، در نيمه دوم سال 1399، در اين استان است. مواد و روش كار تمركز پژوهش حاضر بر آزمون فريدمن است. در اين پژوهش كاربردي، از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده است، كه بين 402 نفر از افراد به طور تصادفي توزيع شده است (حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران به دست آمد). يافته ها: در پژوهش پيش رو، به سه سوال بنيادي پاسخ داده شد:1) عوامل موثر بر افزايش تعداد مبتلايان به ويروس كرونا در استان البرز كدامند؟ با مطالعه پيشينه پژوهش و اطلاعيه هاي ستاد مركزي مقابله با كرونا و مطالعات كتابخانه اي تعداد"12" عامل شناسايي شد (چه بسا عوامل ديگري نيز دخيل باشند)؛2) با توجه به عوامل فوق، اولويت اول با كدام عامل است؟؛3) چه راهكارهاي اساسي براي كاهش تعداد مبتلايان ارايه خواهد شد؟ نتيجه گيري بر اساس نتايج، افزايش تعداد مبتلايان به ويروس كرونا تحت تاثير 12عامل قرار دارد. از ديد مردم استان البرز، درباره اهميت هر يك از اين "12" عامل، موثرترين عامل، عدم رعايت بهداشت فردي است. نتايج اين پژوهش مي تواند به نظارت مستمر، كاهش تعداد مبتلايان به ويروس كرونا، ايجاد و حفظ شرايط بهتر در اين استان و ساير نقاط كشور، و حتي ساير كشورها كمك نمايد.

In general, examining and prioritizing the factors influencing the increase of the new COVID-19 virus is essential for the survival of the world. The purpose of this study is to rank the effective factors (12 identified factors) on the increase of Coronavirus from the perspective of the people of Alborz province, in the second half of 2020, in this province. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted using the Friedman test. In this applied research, A questionnaire was used, which was randomly distributed among 402 people (sample size using was derived using the Cochran's formula). Results: In the forthcoming research, three fundamental questions were answered: 1) what are the factors influencing the increase in the number of patients with COVID-19 disease in Alborz province? This was done studying the literature and announcements of the Central Headquarters for Corona and library studies and "12" factors were identified, (other factors may also be involved), 2) considering the above factors, which factor is the first priority? 3) what are the basic solutions to reduce the number of patients. Conclusion: Based on the results, the increase in the number of people infected with the Corona virus is affected by 12 factors from the perspective of the people of Alborz province. Regarding the importance of each of these "12" factors, the most effective factor, was identified as insufficiency of personal hygiene. The results of this research can help with monitoring, reducing the number of people who are infected, and creating and maintaining better conditions in this province and other parts of the country, and even other countries.
