Design of Physical Spaces in Medical Laboratories

نظام طراحي معماري، فضا و استقرار تاسيسات و تجهيزات در آزمايشگاه پزشكي بر ساختاري چند وجهي استوار است كه با در نظر گرفتن آنها مي توان موجب افزايش بهره وري و سود رساني به همه گروه هاي درگير در اين مقوله خواهد شد. مطالعه حاضر در پي درك و طرح اين ساختار بوده است. مواد و روش كار اين مطالعه توصيفي و تحليلي با استفاده از مطالعه منابع موجود در اين زمينه انجام شد. يافته ها بنابر نتايج اين پژوهش براي طراحي يك آزمايشگاه پزشكي بايد به نكاتي توجه كرد از قبيل: رعايت جداسازي فضاي فيزيكي، مجاورت فضاها در آزمايشگاه، اصل انعطاف پذيري در طراحي فضاي فيزيكي و قابليت توسعه و گسترش فضاي فيزيكي، طراحي فضا و الزامات در تامين نياز هاي حركتي افراد كم توان و ناتوان، طراحي ميز كار افراد معلول و سالمند، رعايت حداقل استاندارد فضاي كلي، رعايت حداقل استاندارد فضاها و تعداد كاركنان با در نظر گرفتن ايمني محل كار. نتيجه گيري طراحي آزمايشگاه هاي پزشكي با درنظر گرفتن مواردي كه در اينمقاله عنوان شد موجب ساخت مكاني مي شود كه نه تنها پاسخگوي نياز مراجعان بلكه فراهم كننده راحتي و ايمني كاركنان خواهد بود. چنين آزمايشگاهي با افزايش بهره وري سودآوري بيشتري خواهد شد كه در نهايت موجب سودي همه جانبه مي شود. اما خطا در طراحي و اجراي هر كدام از اين موارد مي تواند موجب خسارات خرد و كلان شود.

The system of architectural design, space, and installation of facilities and equipment in the medical laboratory is based on a multifaceted structure, which by considering them can increase productivity and profitability to all groups involved in this category. The present study sought to understand and design this structure. Materials and Methods This descriptive-analytical research was carried out by studying the literature. Results According to the results of this study, an adequate architectural design for a medical laboratory includes the following points: observing the separation of physical space, proximity of spaces in the laboratory, the principle of flexibility in designing physical space and the ability to develop and expand physical space, space design and requirements for mobility needs of disabled people, designing a desk for the disabled and the elderly, observing the minimum standard of general space, observing the minimum standard of spaces and the number of employees considering their safety. Conclusion The design of medical laboratories, taking into account the issues mentioned in this article, will lead to the construction of a place that will not only meet the needs of clients but also provide comfort and safety for staff. Such a laboratory will be more profitable by increasing productivity, which will ultimately lead to a comprehensive profit. But errors in the design and execution of any of these can cause minor and major damages.
