Quality of Work Life and its Role in the Organizational Indifference of Sport Teachers

با نظر به اهميت روزافزون نيروي انساني در موفقيت سازمان‌ها، امروزه محققان توجه وافري به كيفيت زندگي كاري و بي‌تفاوتي سازماني دارند، بر همين اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي كيفيت زندگي كاري و نقش آن در بي‌تفاوتي سازماني معلمان ورزش استان زنجان بود. روش تحقيق كاربردي، از نوع توصيفي- همبستگي است. 130 نفر از معلمان ورزش استان براساس جدول مورگان، به‌صورت طبقه‌اي (460 نفر در 14 منطقه) در پژوهش شركت كرده و به پرسشنامه‌هاي كيفيت زندگيِ كاري والتون (1973) و بي‌تفاوتي سازماني دانايي‌فرد و همكاران (1389) با پايايي (آلفاي‌كرونباخ به ترتيب، 0/81 و 0/79) و روايي قابل قبول پاسخ دادند. تحليل داده‌ها در دو سطح آمار توصيفي و استنباطي و با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي كلموگروف- اسميرنف، همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون انجام گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كيفيت زندگي كاري و مؤلفه‌هاي آن بر بي‌تفاوتي سازماني معلمان ورزش استان زنجان تأثير دارد. بنابر اين يافته‌ها پيشنهاد مي‌‌شود مسئولان مربوطه با توجه بيش از پيش به اين مهم بر افزايش رضايت شغلي معلمان ورزش و كاهش بي‌تفاوتي آن‌ها اقدام كنند و در مسير اهداف ارزشمند سازمان آموزش و پرورش، و پيشرفت كشور گام بردارند.

Due to the increasing importance of effective human resources in the success of organizations, today researchers have paid great attention to the quality of work life and organizational indifference. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect and role of quality of work life on organizational indifference of sport teachers in Zanjan province. The research method is applied, descriptive-correlation with field method. Randomly stratified 130 sport teachers of the province (80 females, 50 males) answered to the questionnaires of quality of work life Walton (1973) and organizational indifference Danaifard et al. (2010) with acceptable reliability and credibility. Data analysis was performed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson correlation and regression tests. The results showed that the quality of work life and its subscales affect the organizational indifference of sport teachers in Zanjan province. Therefore, it is suggested that the relevant authorities should pay more attention to increasing the job satisfaction and indifference of the teachers and take step in the direction of the valuable goals of the Ministry of Education and the country's development.
