هدف پژوهش حاضر آسيب‌شناسي كارورزي دانشگاه فرهنگيان بر اساس مدل سه‌شاخگي و ارائة مدلي مفهومي بر اساس روابط بين ابعاد سه‌گانة ساختاري، رفتاري و زمينه‌اي است. جامعة آماري پژوهش را همة مدرسان، معلمان راهنما و دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگيان پرديس شهيد باهنر كرمان در سال تحصيلي 98-1397 تشكيل دادند كه تعداد 125 دانشجو بااستفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي تصادفي و بر اساس جدول مورگان، به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده‌هاي پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامة محقق‌ساخته گردآوري شد كه پس از تأييد روايي صوري و محتوايي آن توسط صاحب‌نظران، پايايي آن با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ برابر با 0/97 محاسبه شد. داده‌هاي پژوهش با آزمون تي تك‌نمونه‌اي و آزمون فريدمن و با نرم‌افزار SPSS تحليل شد. با توجه به اينكه آسيب‌هاي رفتاري در اولويت اول آسيب‌ها قرار دارند، به نظر مي‌رسد دانشگاه بايد برنامه‌ها و سياست‌هاي خود را در برقراري ارتباط مناسب با آموزش و پرورش، ايجاد برنامة درسي مناسب، توسعة مدارس وابسته و انگيزش بيشتر معلمان و اساتيد و فراهم‌سازي فرصت‌هايي براي آماده‌سازي كادر آموزش ارتقا دهد.

The main purpose of this study is "Farhangian University internship pathology based on the three-pronged model and to present a conceptual model based on the relationships between the three dimensions of structural, behavioral and contextual." The statistical population of the study consisted of all teachers, supervisors and student teachers of Farhangian University, Shahid Bahonar Campus, Kerman in the academic year 1397-98, in which 125 students were selected using stratified random sampling method based on Morgan table. Research data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire, which after confirming its face and content validity by experts, its reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.97 Was calculated. The research data were analyzed using one-sample t-test and Friedman test and SPSS statistical analysis software. Considering that behavioral factors have shown the greatest impact on causing injuries, it seems that the university should develop its own programs and policies in establishing a proper relationship with education, creating a proper curriculum, developing affiliated schools, and motivating more teachers and professors. Provide opportunities to train training staff.
