طراحي و اعتبارسنجي الگوي شايستگي هاي مديران مدارس هوشمند

Designing and validating the competency model of smart school principals

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحي و اعتبارسنجي الگوي شايستگي‌هاي مديران مدارس هوشمند صورت گرفته است. جامعه ­ي آماري پژوهش حاضر در بخش كيفي شامل كليه­ ي اساتيد دانشگاه مرتبط با مدارس هوشمند (عضو شوراي مدارس هوشمند)، متخصصين كارشناسان تكنولوژيست، مسئولين ادارات آموزش‌و پرورش و مديران مدارس هوشمند بودند. در بخش كمي از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي خوشه‌اي، بر اساس فرمول كوكران، 386 پرسشنامه استفاده شد. در بخش كيفي پژوهش از مصاحبه ساختارمند استفاده و تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مكس كيودا بود. يافته‌ها نشان دادند كه نتايج حاصله از كدگذاري باز داده‌هاي كيفي گردآوري‌شده با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه، مشاهده گرديدند كه تعداد 62 كد باز از ميان 370 مفهوم شناسايي شده است. در بخش كدگذاري محوري، 62 كد اوليه و در بخش كدگذاري گزينشي 15 مقوله شامل ارزش‌ها و نگرش مدير و كاركنان، ارزيابي، نظارت و كنترل، شايستگي دانشي مدير، شايستگي عمومي مديران مدارس هوشمند، شايستگي‌هاي حرفه‌اي مديران، شرايط زيرساختي مدرسه، عوامل اجتماعي و فرهنگي، عوامل اقتصادي، عوامل مذهبي، مديريت منابع و آموزشي، مهارت‌ها و توانمندي‌هاي دبير، مهارت‌ها و توانمندي‌هاي مدير، همكاري و مشاركت با كاركنان و سازمان، هوشمندسازي مدارس، ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي شناسايي شدند. اعتبارسنجي مدل نيز نشان داد تمامي روابط شناخته‌شده در مدل پاردايمي مورد تأييد بوده است.

Today, the country's education system needs a school that uses information and communication technology to enable continuous learning and provide new opportunities for people to experience life in the information society, so that this technology is not as a tool, but in the form of Empower the infrastructure for vocational education and training. The widespread use of information and communication technology in the process of education, along with the evolution of educational approaches in the world, has provided the ground for the formation of smart schools, these schools are among the key needs of student-based communities and approaches to develop students' knowledge skills and entrepreneurship. (Mosazadeh, 2019).
