چكيده:
سابقه و هدف
توجه به سلامت معنوي در جامعه و شرايط تغيير و تحولات كنوني به‌ويژه در حوزههاي فناوري و اتفاق سريع آن، حاصل برنامهريزي و عملكرد فرد است كه به لحاظ نظري و عملي اهميت بالايي دارد. ازاين‌رو، طرح اين موضوع در حوزه آموزش عالي به‌ويژه در دانشگاه نسل چهارم اهميت آن را دوچندان ميكند. بنابراين، هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر بررسي شاخص هاي سلامت معنوي و ارتقاي آن در دانشگاه نسل چهارم بود.
روش كار
پژوهش حاضر با هدف كاربردي و با رويكرد كيفي-دلفي انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش تمامي استادان شاخص در اين حوزه بود كه از ميان آنان 15 خبره دانشگاهي به‌روش نمونه گيري هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده ها با مصاحبه عميق نيمه ساختاريافته گردآوري شد. روش تحليل دادهها، تحليل محتوا با استفاده از روش كدگذاري در سه سطح باز، محوري و انتخابي بود. اطلاعات به‌دست آمده از مصاحبه ها در قالب ابعاد، مولفه ها و شاخصها طبقه بندي شد. براي اعتبارسنجي نيز از گروه كانوني شامل 9 نفر از متخصصان خبره در زمينه سلامت و نسلهاي دانشگاهي استفاده شد. در اين پژوهش همه موارد اخلاقي رعايت شده است و مولفان مقاله تضاد منافعي گزارش نكرده‌اند.
يافته‌ها:
نتايج نشان داد كه بعد بينش با مولفه هاي مفروضات بنيادين و شاخص هاي ارتباط با خداوند و درك عالم هستي، دين‌داري و آگاهي و بعد منش با مولفه هاي ارزشها، هنجارها و شاخصهاي اخلاق‌مداري، خودآگاهي، اميد و وجدانكاري و بعد كنش با مولفه هاي رفتارها، عملكردها و شاخص هاي آموزش، هدفمندي، تاثيرگذاري در جامعه، مهارتمحور و روحيه كار گروهي از اهم موارد جهت ارتقاي سلامت معنوي در دانشگاه نسل چهارم بود.
نتيجه‌گيري:
توجه به يافته ها در حوزه هاي بينش، منش و كنش از مهم‌ترين الزامات به‌منظور ارتقاي سلامت معنوي در دانشگاه نسل چهارم است كه بايد در كنار ويژگي هاي ديگر اين نسل دانشگاهي به آن توجه ويژه شود. نظر به انسان محوربودن فعاليت هاي دانشگاهي به‌ويژه در نسل چهارم، تربيت سرمايه انساني سالم در همه ابعاد به‌ويژه بعد معنوي در دانشگاه نسل چهارم كه جامعه محور نيز است، اهميت بسيار زيادي دارد.

Background and Objective
Attention to spiritual health in society and the current changes, especially in the field of technology is the result of individual planning and performance. Raising this issue in the field of higher education, especially in the fourth generation universities doubles its importance. Accordingly, the main purpose of the present study is to examine the indicators of spiritual health and its promotion in the fourth generation universities.
Methods
The present study is applied in terms of purpose and was carried out using a qualitative-Delphi approach. The sample population consisted of leading professors in this field, out of whom 15 were selected as academic experts by purposive sampling method. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews. Data analysis method was content analysis using coding method in three levels: open, pivotal, and selective. The information obtained from the interviews was classified into dimensions, components, and indicators. For validation, a focus group consisting of 9 experts in the field of health and academic generations was used. In this study, all ethical considerations were observed and no conflict of interest was reported by the authors.
Results
The results showed that the dimension of insight with the components of basic assumptions and indicators such as communication with God and understanding of the universe, religiosity, awareness, and the dimension of manners with the components of values, norms and indicators, morality, self-awareness, hope, work conscience, and the dimension of interaction with the components of behaviors, actions and indicators such as education, purposefulness, impact on society, being skill-based, teamwork spirit, are among the most important features to promote spiritual health in the fourth generation universities.
Conclusion
According to the findings, insight, manners, and action are among the most important requirements for promoting spiritual health in the fourth generation universities, which should be given special attention. Due to the human-centered nature of academic activities, especially in the fourth generation universities, developing a healthy human capital in all dimensions, especially in the spiritual dimension is very important in the fourth generation universities.
