بررسي نقش داشبورد مديريتي الكترونيك در بهبود كيفيت خدمات ارائه شده در اتاق هاي عمل: يك مرور نظام مند

Investigating the Role of Electronic Management Dashboard in Quality Improvement of Services Provided in Operating Rooms: A Systematic Review

به حداكثر رساندن كارايي اتاق عمل در راستاي ارايه خدمات درماني از اهميت زيادي برخوردار است. داشبوردهاي الكترونيكي با ارايه اطلاعات باليني و مديريتي به موقع، يكي از روش‌هاي ارتقا‌ء كيفيت خدمات در اتاق‌هاي عمل محسوب مي‌شوند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي نقش داشبورد مديريتي الكترونيك در بهبود كيفيت خدمات ارايه شده در اتاق‌هاي عمل مي‌باشد. روش در مطالعه مرور نظام‌مند حاضر به منظور يافتن مقالات مرتبط، سه بانك اطلاعاتي PubMed، Web of Science و Scopus جستجو شدند. انتخاب مطالعات و استخراج داده‌ها توسط دو نفر از محققين انجام و موارد عدم توافق از طريق مشورت با محقق سوم بررسي شدند. نتايج از 116 مقاله بازيابي شده، 8 مطالعه جهت بررسي نهايي انتخاب شدند. «افزايش كارايي و بهره وري اتاق عمل و بيمارستان»، «افزايش رضايت جراحان، پرسنل و بيماران نسبت به انجام فرايندهاي درمان» و «جلوگيري از ايجاد تاخير در انجام جراحي‌ها با زمان بندي صحيح» مهمترين پيامدهاي مثبت استفاده از داشبوردها بودند. همچنين، چهار چالش مرتبط با داشبوردهاي اتاق عمل شناسايي شد. «تجزيه تحليل فرايندهاي جراحي از زمان ورود بيمار به اتاق عمل تا خروج وي با ارايه نمودارهاي تصويري و گزارشات متني» و «تعيين دامنه زماني لازم براي انجام هر عمل و تنظيم زمان آزاد پزشكان و پرسنل اتاق عمل» نيز مهم‌ترين قابليت‌هاي داشبوردهاي اتاق عمل بودند. نتيجه‌گيري استفاده از داشبوردهاي الكترونيكي مديريتي مي تواند به افزايش كيفيت خدمات درماني-مديريتي ارايه شده در اتاق عمل منجر شود و مديران را براي برنامه‌ريزي و آينده نگري با چالش‌هاي كمتري روبه‌رو سازد.

Maximizing the efficiency of operating rooms to provide medical services is of great importance. Electronic dashboards are one of the ways to provide quality services in operating rooms by making clinical and managerial information available on time. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the role of electronic management dashboard in improving the quality of services provided in operating rooms. Method In this systematic review study, three databases including PubMed, Web of Science, and Scopus were searched for relevant articles. Selection of articles and data extraction were done by two researchers and the disagreements were resolved in consultation with the third researcher. Results From among 116 retrieved articles, 8 studies were selected for the final review. The most important positive consequences of using dashboards were “increasing the efficiency and productivity of the operating room and hospital”, “increasing the satisfaction of surgeons, staff, and patients in performing treatment processes”, and “preventing delays in performing surgeries with the right timing”. Moreover, four challenges related to the use of dashboards in the operating room were identified. Besides, “analyzing surgical processes from the time the patient enters the operating room to his/her exit by providing visual diagrams and text reports” and “determining the time required to perform each operation and setting free time for physicians and operating room staff” were also the most important capabilities of operating room dashboards. Conclusion The use of electronic management dashboards can increase the quality of healthmanagement services provided in operating rooms and help managers face less challenges for planning and future foresight
