چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ و ﺧﺎﻃﺮات ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻧﻘﺸﻬﺎي ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ آﻧﺎن اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﮥ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ از روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﮐﯿﻔﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن ﻋﺎﻟﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ از ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ 19 ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ و اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﺎ ﺷﯿﻮه ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻓﺮدي ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ درﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ 12 ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻣﺘﻦ ﻫﺮ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان واﺣﺪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﻠﺤﻮظ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﻪ ﮔﺬاري اﻧﺠﺎم، و واﺣﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﻌﻨﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ آن ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ، و ﺷﻨﺎﺳﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺗﻠﺨﯿﺺ، و ﺑﺮ ﺣﺴﺐ اﺷﺘﺮاﮐﺎت ﻣﻌﻨﺎﯾﯽ دﺳﺘﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﺷﺪ و ﻃﺒﻘﺎت را ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ داد. در اﻧﺘﻬﺎ ﻃﺒﻘﺎت ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺒﺎﻫﺘﻬﺎ و ﺗﻤﺎﯾﺰات ﻣﻌﻨﺎﯾﯽ، دروﻧﻤﺎﯾﻪ ﻫﺎ را ﺑﻪ وﺟﻮد آورد. ﺑﺮاي اﻋﺘﺒﺎرﺑﺨﺸﯽ، درﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﺪاوم ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع و داده ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﭘﺎﺑﺮﺟﺎ ﺑﻮد و در راﺳﺘﺎي داﺷﺘﻦ اﻣﮑﺎن ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ، ﻫﻤﮥ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺘﻬﺎ وﮐﺎرﻫﺎ اﻋﻢ از ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ و ﺷﯿﻮة ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ دﻗﺖ ﺛﺒﺖ ﺷﺪ. در ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ، ﺷﺶ دروﻧﻤﺎﯾﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ، 12 ﻃﺒﻘﻪ و 44 زﯾﺮ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎط ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻋﺎﻟﯽ ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ و اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ ﻫﺎي ارزﻧﺪه اي دارﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﯾﺪ در ﻫﯿﭻ ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺛﺒﺖ ﻧﺸﺪه ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ ﻫﺎ، ﮐﻪ در ﺻﺤﻨﮥ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻮﺗﮥ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻧﻬﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﺿﻤﻨﯽ و ﺑﻮﻣﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﻧﺴﻞ آﯾﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﺳﻮدﻣﻨﺪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺶ دروﻧﻤﺎﯾﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ: ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﯽ، ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﺸﺎوره اي، ﻧﻘﺶ ﭘﺪري، ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﺮﺑﯽ ﮔﺮي، ﻧﻘﺶ رﻫﺒﺮي و ﻧﻘﺶ مديري است
چكيده لاتين :
This study is intended to conduct a qualitative content analysis of the experience and briefings of law enforcement commanders in order to explain their training roles. Qualitative content analysis method is used to analyze the information of this qualitative study. The statistical population consisted of senior police commanders with at least organizational rank of 19. Sampling was done purposively, and the required information was collected through a semi-structured individual interviews, which included 12 interviews as a whole. The context of each interview was considered as a unit of analysis. In the next step, the concepts were coded and semantic units were converted to codes, and the indicators were summarized and classified according to their semantic classes. In the end, the categories created themes according to semantic similarities and differences. During validation, the researcher was constantly involved in the research topic and data, and in order to confirm validity, all activities and tasks, including the process and method of findings, were carefully recorded. In order to analyze and evaluate the possibility of transfer, the findings were provided to the supervisor of the research, and was approved by him. In the data analysis process, six main themes, 12 categories and 44 subcategories were identified. The result indicated that the senior military and law enforcement commanders possess valuable experience which are not recorded in any scientific resources. Analyzing these experiences, which have been practiced in real situations, can be useful in reinforcing tacit and indigenous knowledge for future generations.
