چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ: ﺷﮑﺴﺖ ﭘﺮﺳﻠﻦ وﻧﯿﺮ، ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﺸﮑﻼت رﺳﺘﻮرﯾﺸﻦ ﻫﺎي زﯾﺮﮐﻮﻧﯿﺎ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.ﺗﺮﻣﯿﻢ داﺧﻞ دﻫﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎﻣﭙﻮزﯾﺖ ﻣﯿﺘﻮاﻧﺪ ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ ﺗﻌﻮﯾﺾ ﺗﺮﻣﯿﻢ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎﻧﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺛﺒﺎت ﻣﯿﺎن ﮐﺎﻣﭙﻮزﯾﺖ و زﯾﺮﮐﻮﻧﯿﺎ ﺟﻬﺖ دوام ﺗﺮﻣﯿﻢ ﺿﺮوري ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﺪف از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ آﻣﺎده ﺳﺎزي ﻫﺎي ﺳﻄﺤﯽ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ و دو ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺗﺮﻣﯿﻢ ﭘﺮﺳﻠﻦ داﺧﻞ دﻫﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ روي اﺳﺘﺤﮑﺎم ﺑﺎﻧﺪ ﺑﺮﺷﯽ ﮐﺎﻣﭙﻮزﯾﺖ ﺑﻪ زﯾﺮﮐﻮﻧﯿﺎ ﺑﻮد.
ﻣﻮاد و روش ﻫﺎ: در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ، 80 دﯾﺴﮏ زﯾﺮﮐﻮﻧﯿﺎ )ﺿﺨﺎﻣﺖ 3 و ﻗﻄﺮ 6 ﻣﯿﻠﯿﻤﺘﺮ( ﺑﻄﻮر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﻪ 4 ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ: ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل، ﺳﻨﺪﺑﻼﺳﺖ ﺑﺎ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ Cojet، ﺗﺎﺑﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻟﯿﺰر Er:YAG و ﺗﺎﺑﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻟﯿﺰر Nd:YAG. در ﻫﺮ ﮔﺮوه ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ دو ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺗﺮﻣﯿﻢ ﭘﺮﺳﻠﻦ Bisco و Clearfil آﻣﺎده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﮐﺎﻣﭙﻮزﯾﺖ ﺑﺮ روي دﯾﺴﮏ ﻫﺎي زﯾﺮﮐﻮﻧﯿﺎ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﮐﯿﻮر ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺮﻣﻮﺳﯿﮑﻠﯿﻨﮓ، اﺳﺘﺤﮑﺎم ﺑﺎﻧﺪ ﺑﺮﺷﯽ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﺗﺴﺖ ﯾﻮﻧﯿﻮرﺳﺎل ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ آزﻣﻮن ﻫﺎي (α=0/05 ) .ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪﻧﺪ Tukey HSD وTwo way ANOVA ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﺤﮑﺎم ﺑﺎﻧﺪ ﺑﺮﺷﯽ در ﻣﺤﺪوده 13 26ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳﮑﺎل ﺑﻮد. اﺛﺮ آﻣﺎده ﺳﺎزي ﺳﻄﺤﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺘﺤﮑﺎم ﺑﺎﻧﺪ.... ﺑﺮﺷﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮد )001/ P=0/ .(P<0( ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﺳﻨﺪﺑﻼﺳﺖ ﺳﻄﺢ زﯾﺮﮐﻮﻧﯿﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ Cojet اﺳﺘﺤﮑﺎم ﺑﺎﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎﻣﭙﻮزﯾﺖ را اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ داد. آﻣﺎده ﺳﺎزي ﺑﺎ دو ﻧﻮع ﻟﯿﺰر، ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮي در اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﺳﺘﺤﮑﺎم ﺑﺎﻧﺪ ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. دو ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺗﺮﻣﯿﻢ ﭘﺮﺳﻠﻦ )Clearfil و (Bisco ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻬﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺘﺤﮑﺎم ﺑﺎﻧﺪ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Porcelain veneer fracture is one of the problems of zirconia restorations. Intraoral repair of composites can be an alternative for restorations. A stable bond between the composite and zirconia is necessary for the durability of the restoration. The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of different surface treatments and two porcelain repair systems on shear bond strength (SBS) of composite to zirconia.
Materials and methods: In this in-vitro study, 80 zirconia discs (3mm thickness,6 mm diameter) were randomly divided into four groups included 1) control 2) sandblast with Cojet system 3) Er: YAG 4) and Nd: YAG laser irradiation. Samples in each group were treated with two repair systems (Bisco & Clearfil). The composite was placed on zirconia discs and cured. After thermocycling, SBS was determined by a universal testing machine. The data were analyzed with two-way ANOVA and Tukey HSD (α=0.05).
Results: Mean SBS values ranged from 4/52 ±1/26 to 13/79 ±3/56 Mpa. The effect of surface treatment on the SBS was significant (p<0.001) but the difference of SBS values based on the repair system was not significant (p=0.56).
Conclusion: Zirconia Sandblast with Cojet system increased SBS to composite. Treatment with two lasers failed to affect bond strength values. Two porcelain repair systems (Clearfil & Bisco) had a similar effect on the bond strength
